Dear Down Stairs Team,
I want to express my disappointment with the experience at your location during the afternoon shift on Monday. I noticed that the service was slow and inattentive. The staff seemed distracted, chatting amongst themselves, and did not respond in a timely manner to the needs of the customers, which affects the quality of the service and the overall experience.
I would appreciate it if the managers could pay attention to this situation, which is not the first time it has happened, to improve the service, especially during the afternoon shift and ensure that customers feel well taken care of. I am sure that with some adjustments in the work, great things can be done.

Very bad service, the night staff with a bad face, bad attitude, gets upset if you ask them to change or add something. I go frequently because I work across the street at the airport and I have no other option.

My recent visit left me deeply disappointed due to the poor customer service and outright rudeness displayed by the staff, particularly an elderly lady at the cashier. From the moment I walked in, I sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere, but things took a turn for the worse when I approached the counter to inquire about their sandwiches.
I politely asked the elderly lady at the cashier, "What sandwich would you recommend?" Instead of a helpful response, she proceeded to yell at me, as if my question was an inconvenience to her. Her abrupt and rude manner caught me off guard, leaving me feeling embarrassed and frustrated.
Despite the initial unpleasant encounter, I decided to proceed with ordering, hoping the rest of my experience would improve. Unfortunately, the poor service continued throughout. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, with tables left uncleared and a general sense of neglect evident throughout the establishment.
Overall, my visit was marred by rude customer service and a lack of professionalism. It is disappointing to encounter such treatment in what should be a place of hospitality and enjoyment. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to prevent others from having similar negative experiences in the future.

I have shopped here many times and have never had any problems. But I just bought some Orange juice and it has a fly in it. This is disgusting.

I had a 7 hr layover and stayed in the neighborhood, I loved the variety at this deli/market. Had the mulado (black beans and rice), plantain and Picadillo and a greàt suggestion by the gal who worked there. It was flavorful and super filling. Portions were huge. didn't mind that English was limited, our Spanish immigrants are here working hard and I love the ethnic mix in Miami. Also picked up a needed charger some coconut water and a desperately needed charger for the phone. Truly a unique spot. Hope to come back.

In an awesome location close to gas stations, local restaurants, hotels, etc.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an absolutely delicious guava and cheese empanada, my word it was amazing.Had a great selection of items to choose from and the prices were reasonable. It's a little more than a convenience store because sitting down and having a snack is very normal there.Highly recommend.

I am a regular, as I usually get a Cuban toast for breakfast. I greet and treat the staff well because I empathize with their difficult job and shifts. However, this was not the first time I have interacted with this rude and unpleasant cashier. I said good morning and handed her the exact amount which included some change. The cashier left me with my hand extended in the air as she wanted me to put the change on the counter instead of me handing it over to her.She could have communicated her preferences but instead came across as a loud Cuban circular ginger without a soul. With my description you cannot miss her. Of course, I did not tip because tips are earned through pleasantry service, which is the opposite of what I received.I will not be returning as I will not support a business that has horrible customer service in general, gets the orders wrong, and lacks any culture.

My daughter and I visited this convinient store and we loved it, they have really good food, we stayed down the block on the Best Western plus and it was nice to know that we can have fresh food in a walking distance. The service was great specially Melisa and I think the other lady's name is Suheidy they were very nice and helpful. I will definitely visit again this store when i visit Miami.
