I have eaten there around 10-1030 am . And both times the grilled steak is dry and not fresh from the grill.Seems this is leftover from the day before .

I have had diarrhea for 4 days. I ate meat and it was already damaged, and I think I will have to go to the hospital. I will never go back there. Be careful.

They're food is great and ready-made, so you may grab and go. They have the best queso-frito, so yummy, perfectly made, I have to run by for 2 pieces when I start craving it.

Just don’t eat the decor. Stick with the food! Tasty, good price. More then I can eat. It’s strange that they would charge more when I wanted to exclude some of the sides.Parking: It’s behind the building.

It's a simple restaurant located close to the Miami Airport, the food i tried was good, carne asada con congris. Was good and portions enough for two people. Customer service is good and have different options for your taste. It's not a buffet restaurant, but you can do your plate as you wish. Food is served in a polystyrene container, so you can eat there or take out. Desserts and sdas are available.Parking: There is a parking lot in the back of the restaurant.

Fritanga Airport may not win any awards for its ambiance or service but don't let that deter you. Their food is amazing and their daily specials are rediculously affordable. This is a definitely a dive worth exploring.

First time and likely last time. I've had dozens of fritanga spots throughout dade. I've drove by several times times and decided to try it out. Unfortunately, it's the weakest fritanga I ever had.Food:2 small skimpy pieces of Carne asada. Super overcooked and no flavor. Gallo pinto was cold, less than room temperature, and also very bland and dry. The salad was the only thing edible. I ate half the plate because I was straving. The inside seems clean, but the exterior looks really abandoned and ruined down. I gave it a shot because sometimes they worst spots are great. Not here. Hope they improve for their own success.

I used to love this place when it was called Monimbo. I guess there’s new management in place and the carne asada I had today was not good. The are lots of other choices in the menu but carne asada is my favorite. I was very disappointed as it tasted like old meat that was reheated. The gallo pinto was good but the plantain chips were cold and grease showed through the brown paper bag it was served in so it is not fresh either. service was fast and friendly. Not a great experience for sure and I probably won’t try this place again in a long time :(

Calling this food a bad joke is actually being generous. the "tacos", two small deep fried as a whole pieces of .. something. A tamarindo juice that tasted nothing more that a sugary mistery goop. Best thing relatively speaking was the gallo pinto... just cause well .. it is just rice and beans. Cold but edible. A side of overcooked cold carne asada... it was just a side so one doesn't expect much in terms of size I guess. The only good thing is that it was delivered super fast. But then one doesn't understand how come everything was cold.
