I travel a lot and use this location a lot. The staff here are fantastic: smart, helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. The young people who work there are excellent examples and role models for our youth - hardworking and respectful to all. Even when the store gets busy, they’re super efficient and keep things moving with little to no wait. They make every visit easy and pleasant. All that, and more, as they ensure that you fully access all of the UPS services. Hands down the best UPS Store I’ve been to, and one of the best retail teams I’ve seen anywhere!

They messed up my return. I returned a dress to SHEIN and SHEIN couldn’t give me a refund because the wrong dress was sent to them. I did not send the incorrect dress in. Has to have been an employee that messed up. I’m now not getting a refund because there is no way I can prove I sent the correct dress in. I’ve never had something like this happen to me. I’m convinced it has to be a UPS worker that messed up.

I love this store, it’s so convenient. I take my packages there most of the time, there is no wait time and the staff is always helpful and kind. Charlie also helped me design and create a beautiful poster for our business. Definitely using them for future projects and also continue using the store for my packaging needs.

Great service. Handled packages with care and moved the line quickly. There are 2 self-serve kiosks that drastically sped up the process as well. The store was very clean and organized, and the employees were all very nice.

Outstanding Service and Reliability!
I usually don't post reviews, but I do like to give credit when credit is due. I've been to many UPS stores around the Miami and Broward area, either for sending a package, returning an Amazon purchase, even having an important document notarized. My experience is always smooth, quick, and efficient. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and handle every package with care and professionalism.
This is my go to UPS store, I highly recommend this store in Miami Springs to anyone looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and customer-focused service. Five stars all the way!
