Upon entering the bank, I was immediately greeted by a courteous gentleman who turned out to be the branch manager. I had a scheduled appointment to open a new account, and I was assisted in less than five minutes. Mercedes, who had greeted me, was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. She provided comprehensive explanations of the various steps involved and took her time to ensure that I fully understood the details of my new account. Mercedes’s assistance was invaluable during this transition to Wells Fargo. I am very satisfied with my experience at this branch.

Been in line 40 minutes in the drive through at this location. I rather drive to the Doral one, they are great. Avoid this location.

On Monday, October 28, I went to carry out a transaction at that branch, they told me that they would notify me in 2 days that the confirmation would be confirmed. Days passed and nothing happened. Today, November 4, I went to the place to find out about my management and the response was that everything was fine. ready since the 29th (one day after starting the process) and the response was that they were very sorry but someone (they didn't want to tell me who) had forgotten to notify me, meaning that I have been lost for 6 days due to someone's negligence and it didn't happen nothing they just told me we're sorry sir

Don't waste your time going to this WF. TlNor enough teller, and the few tellers are rude, you will wait over 30 minutes waiting to make a payment. Unacceptable!

Horrible service here first of all the lady called Mercedes was late and she gave me horrible service. She was rude from the start and wanted the appointment to be over so fast and when I asked her something she told me “I already explained that to you” with an attitude. I don’t recommend coming to this location. She whatsoever didn’t come and to explain anything to me.

Worst bank I've ever been to. Was in the drive-thru teller for an hour. Because the lobby had a line all the way to the door. Only 4 cars in front of me and it took an hour to be attended. All this because I can't withdraw more than $1000 of my money in their ATM. Total waste of time. This is exactly why I moved my business accounts somewhere else. Will be doing the same with my personal accounts.

I put one star and I would like to not put any. My family and I have been at that bank uninterruptedly for 8 years. Our entire family is there plus the business account. This morning my children were there to do a procedure, and a person (woman) with very bad manners told them that they could not do any procedure, because Cuba is on the list of terrorist countries. They explained to him that they don't know anything about that and that they are AMERICAN CITIZENS. but she was very rude and didn't even listen to them. We went to another branch where they treated us very friendly and did the process for us without any problem. Of course we will leave that bank, the whole family will leave, plus the business account we have had for 9 years. People like that shouldn't work there. I'm going to edit this comment because I see that the reviews are terrible and everyone is complaining about bad service. Where are the managers/owners?
