Horrible service!! Staff doesn’t wanna help, we asked for the size they said they didn’t have them and we asked an other person and finally they gave us the size we almost “begged for” unbelievable!!

Disheartening Service Experience at Armani/Exchange, Aventura MallI have been an Armani/Exchange customer since the brand's inception in 1991 and it's with a heavy heart that I share my recent experience at the Aventura Mall, Florida location.Attempting a straightforward exchange of a shirt given in the wrong size, I was met with condescension, frustration, and outright disrespect from the store manager. Despite having all original packaging, including a detached tag, I was subjected to an unwarranted lecture on exchange "rules" and was threatened with denial of my valid request.This encounter was far removed from the professional and courteous service I associate with Armani/Exchange, leaving me deeply disappointed. Further research revealed other customers enduring similar experiences, suggesting this isn't an isolated incident.I strongly urge the brand's management to reevaluate their HR and training protocols to prevent such disrespectful interactions from occurring in the future. Superior customer service should be as pivotal to Armani/Exchange's reputation as the quality of its products.

Normally I don’t write reviews but because of their staff’s inability to provide proper customer service and the correct order when purchased I will. I purchased men shoes size 13 and I get home noticed they were size 9 female shoes. I called and they told me it was my fault, They are incapable of doing their job properly and customer service is lousy.

I bought some sweatpants that ended up being too large. Victor rudely told me that I couldn't exchange them for smaller ones despite me having a receipt because the tag was taken off. I buy the majority of my clothing from Armani but I'll now be taking my business elsewhere.

Management please, educate your staff how to communicate with customers! Very rude!I have been buying in your store couple years. So I know my sizes and what I need exactly. They prohibited to take anything from shelves because everything for display purposes only. So they advised just to show them what I need and wait when they bring from the back. Some customers needs self service….Store moved to the first floor.

I came here few times and always disappointed with staff. Very rude! Not everyone speaks English! Manager don’t care at all.My mother liked a jacket and we decided to buy it, price on a tag was 120$ but and check out they changed to 170$ I ask why price change they said they don’t know but I can see it’s something wrong there, looks like this secretly changed the price and try to upsell me. They brought me exactly like this jacket from back and sold me for 120$ as it stated on tag.Please check price before you buy especially this place!I’m surprised that Aventura Mall can do that.

The worst experience i ever had. Managers are so rude, they refused to exchange a pair of jean for a smaller size, gave an attitude about it, and lied about it as well. Avoid this brand at all cost
