I bought a battery here that went out after 6 months. They installed it. I came back to actually buy a new one but they told be they cannot replace the battery any longer, even though I’m under warranty. They didn’t even bother to look, just told me No.

My teenage daughter needed a battery post shim. Adrian went above and beyond by installing it for her and sending on her way. She made it to work on time. Adrian has always been very helpful when I needed a part but the stellar customer service he provided my daughter speaks to his character and what an asset he is for our local store.

The salesman had me put ny credit card into the credit card machine and it was sproved. He told me the printer didn't print a receipt. Then the lady manager ran over loved out the salesman and login with her password and said no it didn't go through I looked on my bank card and it did go thru. I walked out call my bank and left the 68.00 worth of motor oil on the counter. Watch this store for fraud

First time there saw a guy outside helping a customer did say hello as I walked in, then the cashier was very helpful n friendly I think it's the only parts place close to old Culter, bay.
