Extremely disappointed – rude staff and poor management
I was with my friend when she tried to exchange two pants with her receipt, and we were shocked by how badly we were treated. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They refused the exchange just because the tags weren’t on the items — something no one ever mentioned at the time of purchase.
What’s worse is that when we called the location at The Falls mall before going, we were told that it shouldn’t be a problem and there was no need to go all the way there — that any store should be able to help. Clearly, that wasn’t the case here.
We asked to speak with a manager, and they just claimed they were the managers. If that’s true, it’s even more concerning, because they clearly don’t know how to do their job or treat customers with respect.
Truly disappointing experience. We won’t be coming back.

Very poor customer service and unclear return policy
I went to return two pants I had just bought, with my receipt, and was told I couldn’t exchange them because they didn’t have the tags — something I was never informed about at the time of purchase.
When I explained this, the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and almost insulting. I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me they were the managers — which I honestly doubt, based on how unprofessionally they treated me.
They made me feel disrespected and completely unwelcome. I will never shop here again, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects clear policies and basic respect.

This store went downhill so much. It is crazy. I used to come here all the time because they had jeans for tall girls and now they don’t but that’s not the issue. The issue is when you say buy one get one free the other one is actually not free they’re still charging you and they lie and make up an excuse saying oh it just says that on the receipt but in reality is charging you and I had that issue when I went the other dayand they also refuse to give me a free refund when I had my original receipt

Well I called the place and..they had amazing customer service! The very kind lady that was on the phone with us was Melisa also Daniel helped us find the right size and was super sweet and authentic! Love the place!!
