“The Tellers here are the friendliest, and quick and always happy to help you out with your daily bank needs. I am usually in and out in under 5 to 10 minutes with any deposits or questions. The only catch their hours of operation are not the very best. But then again that is all banks, unless they have the virtual banking, which some banks do have. I will attach bank hours for you guys. They are located right across the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Crandon Blvd, next to the police station, and fire station. All branches have different reviews, it always a pleasure to walk in here.”

I ordered the currency online for delivery and received an email a few days later saying it was ready for pickup. Although there was a bit of a wait for a teller, the person who helped me (I believe their name was Annette) was a GEM. So thorough and kind. They made sure to follow all procedures and recommended I count the currency and check it against my official receipt before leaving. I felt really taken care of and everyone else that worked here greeted everyone that came in, smiled and genuinely made it such a pleasant experience.”
