Worst customer service ever. You will not feel as a customer in this store, they treat you like they are doing you a favor, they will treat you as a thief, a shop lifter, I do understand that they may check your shopping cart and your receipt to make sure you have everything you paid for, but at this store employees are not even nice to customer. This morning I made a pickup and the associate not even said GOOD MORNING! So I fell like the manager must take action and make sure people feel good when shopping bj! Something is really going wrong at this specific store

Hit or miss with them picking up the phone. When you come in for services like tire rotation, it turns in to a 2 hour gig. The supervisor doesn't help his fellow employee. He has the man working by himself. Answering phones and doing the manual labor. He hides under the tire rack behind the fence. You could barely tell he's there. They need to hire better supervisor and at least one more person.

This is my go to place for my bill items but I am happy that they made some smaller vegetable packages since most of what we buy goes to waste unless it's being prepared for a gathering or party. The English cucumbers are less than the supermarkets. The Argentinian sausages that I could only find at Frescos they now carry at BJ's for less for a 12 piece pack. The only thing I do not like is that now there are less cashiers and more self checkout stations. The person who sold this ingenious idea is probably putting lots in his bank account. We need to give people opportunities to work and make money and instead we're cutting jobs left and right. I prefer the communication with cashiers, customer service, & the ladies at the check out by the doors. I do love the new layout for the produce, dairy, seafood as it now looks like the BJ's in Florida City.

Extremely bad customer service. I went there with a flat tire at 7:29 and the store closes at 8:00 pm. The man there refused to help me even though I told him the car was not drivable.

BJ's need to consider weatherMARIA H is the best "Manager" for their Marlin Rd/Cutler Bay location.Absolutely no Managerial skills- no support to Club Members experiencing issues at that location.Showed no initiative in problem-solving, no concerns for BJ's club member, and the service that may have affected us.It is my humble opinion that upper management need to review the responsibilities they have imposed on this woman, Maria H as she totally misrepresented store and it's members.

Yesterday, I went to BJ'S Tire Center on 10425 MarLin Road Cutler Bay FL 33157 .The mechanic or associate doesn't want to help me with my flat tire, he doesn't even care that I'm a pregnant woman. He told me it's by appointment only the place was totally empty. I can't believe the horrible service I'm totally disappointed. I don't think I'm going to renew my membership with this club next year.

This is the closest Bj's to my house and always liked coming here there well stocked and less people come to this one than the one in 88th. Staff is friendly and coupons are good too! This is also the only BJ's down south that has a gas station and gas prices are the cheapest!
