Worse place ever to pick up a vehicle. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance. Make it to the rental and they had no vehicle that I had reserved. They send me to another budget rental, I drove 30 minutes to the other place to find out that they had no vehicle either that I had reserved.I call customer service and they didn’t want to assist in giving me the same rate that I had reserved it two weeks ago. I had to cancel my reservation and go to the airport to pick up a new vehicle. My first reservation was for 5pm with the back and forth I didn’t get a vehicle till 10pm. Never again!!

Poor customer service reservation was not ready at the time set. Plenty of other cars but clerk did not want to help.

Went to pick up my rental an SUV. Guy so no they gave me a truck, I got nothing else. Nothing more. Nothing to replace, no where else to maybe get another, Nothing. So Budget, why do a reservation at all? Terrible!!

I had a reservation a 5 days in advanceTo find out the day and time of my trip that there wasn’t any cars available for me even though I pay and pre check in advance and they told me there’s nothing they can do so I was basically stock budget ruined my weekend that I had plan months in advance I will never recommend budget to anyone

Please make sure you do not leave any items in the vehicle.I rented out a car and accidentally left my Phone holder- which cannot be easily removed because it has a tightening screwing clamp that attach too the air conditioner vent, and when I remembered I left it there a day after, I went back to recollect it-employees there told me there was no items left in the vehicle and gave no resources to help retrieve it. I had to call two separate numbers to get too customer service and they told me that the car was “taken on a test drive after you dropped it off”, what a bunch of phonies, never using this service again. It’s not about how much is the item but people keeping stuff that it doesn’t belong to them.

I was in the place rented 3 weeks ago and the moment I came in the car they said isn't available and they sent me to another place to pick it up and they don't have it ever this is unacceptable and never renting here again in this garbage place.

Very polite, professional. Raul was helpful in every way possible. The office was clean and orderly. The best part of everything is the prices of the rentals are fantastic..This is my new "to go" place for my rental needs. I will be using them every 2 months for the next few years. This is how much I feel I can count on them and Raul.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Raul Tiffer was a complete j**** I showed up for my rental and he said sorry, we have no vehicles and then exited the building. He directed me to the 1800 number and wiped his hands of it!!!

Don't rent here. You reserve a car and they try to put you in something smaller when you get there. Customers service is a joke and Raul was very unprofessional.

Brought in the Subaru we received from the MIA airport with starter issues and was begrudgingly given a Toyota Rav4 with a maintenance required warning, a tire pressure warning light, damage to the driver floorboard, damage to the trunk and a plugged right rear tire that was almost flat. Since they don’t notate anything before they give you a vehicle we only discovered their negligence after getting off the Florida turnpike and having Discount Tire do a courtesy air check. The tech said he couldn’t add air to the tire because it was plugged and that we needed to take the car back to Budget ASAP. All calls go to an 800 customer service number where they never pick up. Will never use Budget ever again and will champion that Costco Travel never use them either. Endured several interruptions to our vacation because of Budget’s complete negligence. If you value your safety at all please do not use Budget.

Did not the have car I rented available. Gave a lesser quality vehicle for the same price. Rude service at pick and drop off. Highly UNRECOMMENDED!!! There's another Budget down the block with more cars, better service and better ratings. Do your research before renting. I definitely should have.

We got here and they didn’t have the car we booked for our road trip . No help at all , front counter clerk said he can’t give us a car because he don’t have it. We asked him for help and said sorry I can’t help.Will never come back to this location.

Absolutely terrible service from in the store. Heavily suggest if you find yourself needing customer service instead make sure you call 1800. It’s hit or miss like most 1800 but more helpful than what they offer in this store

I can not explain how terrible the customer service was. We prepaid and used a 3rd party app(LifeMart). In order to extend the rental the office could not help; I had to call corporate. They handled it and rechecked all my info including driver. ME. Then we get to the store to pick up car and they say they can't give it to us because it's under my son's name. What??? You verified everything over a week ago. When I say crazy ridiculous. He paid I'm driving what's the issue again? I can't make this up! I will not ever use them again. Then to fix I'm on hold with corporate for like 10 minutes on hold. SMH. If I could give 0 stars I would.
