My experience at Chili's Bar and Grill was a bit mixed. The service was prompt and attentive, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious chips and salsa as a starter. The drinks were also great, with a good variety to choose from.However, I was a bit disappointed with the chicken wings. They had a strange texture that made them less enjoyable to eat. Despite this, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the rest of the menu seemed promising.In summary, Chili's Bar and Grill offers friendly service, tasty chips and salsa, and good drinks. While the chicken wings fell short for me, it's still worth considering for a casual dining experience.

I love this place, but the food quality and taste has gone down bad also, the service is amazing. The waiters are amazing but one thing clean your establishment. There’s so much dust when you sit people on the booth by the TVs. It’s so dusty and the TVs are dirty as well

Bad experienceToday Sunday 07/04/2024 at 8:00 PM, I went with my family to eat and the service was terrible from the waitress, the food was super delayed and when it arrived it was cold, she never went to the table to suggest a dish , nor did he offer desserts. The manager was called to let him know. Many dirty tables, they went to clean and threw all the waste on the floor. I do not recommend this place, very bad service, horrible.

As someone living in the United States, I found this oversight to be quite frustrating and even somewhat disrespectful.Let's start with the positives. The service at Chili's was truly excellent. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. The ambiance was lively yet comfortable, making it an enjoyable place to dine.However, my enthusiasm was dampened when I received the menu only to discover that it wasn't in English. Instead, it was entirely in Spanish. Now, don't get me wrong—I have no issue with Spanish, and I respect the diversity of cultures and languages in our country. But what bothered me was the assumption that I could read and understand Spanish simply because I was dining in Doral, a city with a significant Spanish-speaking population.Living in the United States, especially in a city like Doral, it's reasonable to expect that menus at restaurants cater to the dominant language spoken in the country—English. Having a menu solely in Spanish felt exclusionary and frankly, it was inconvenient. It shouldn't be assumed that every patron can navigate a menu in Spanish.It's important for establishments like Chili's to be mindful of the diverse backgrounds of their clientele and to provide inclusive services. Offering menus in multiple languages or at least having an English translation available would make a world of difference.In conclusion, while Chili's in Doral impressed me with their service and overall dining experience, I urge them to reconsider their approach to menu accessibility. It's crucial for restaurants in the United States to be inclusive and accommodating to all patrons, regardless of their linguistic backgrounds.

I had come to this location before and left 5 starts. Now im editing my past review because coming back here has been completely disappointing and different from the first time. When i sat the waitress made me switch tables 3 times and even already ordering she kept asking to switch tables and at that point i was just hungry i didn’t care where to sit I just don’t want to keep moving. Food here is always great. I absolutely love the secret sauce burger and their corn cob is fire! Food wise i do recommend this place very much and i love almost everything in their menu and i like their deals. Drinks were a different story, the drinks were so bad we had to leave them , Bloody Mary was bordering disgusting and it was not worth the price. I also ordered a margarita that was pure ice and i get that margaritas here are cheap but is not a hard drink to make im not asking for a good tequila just a tastable one , if you need to make the glass shorter do it but please don’t sell ice. I do recommend this place to eat. I don’t recommend this place to drink. Ambiance was on point with the right vibes and there wasn’t a wait line which is common for this business Im leaving 2 starts because there’s no classification for drinks. Service is generally not their strong point. Incredibly, despite this, I return, it is one of my favorite places. I love their food and margaritas.
