They charged 100% in advance then allowed them to charge any additional $ without authorization. Service was incomplete, left the 1st moving site with still one hour to work and abandoned 20% of cargo “ to put gas in the truck”. At destination apartment just left the boxes and did not mount the furniture. I needed to make 8 car dives to pick up stuff left by them at origin apartment. Contracted 8 hours and they just worked 5. I woukd not recommend this company and never pay 100% in advance

I’ve been a client of Confiança (which can be traslated as Trust) for almost 50 years. I never used a different company for one single reason “ Confianca is the best in the business “ . All employees are very professional and they treat your belongings an if it was theirs. Great team, great company and GREAT Service. I would not hesitate to use them in my next moving needs.

Their crew were very professional, all the furniture was involved in blankets, the items were carefully removed out of the house, they worked fast with no talk or complaint during the work👍

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our moving company, Confiança, for their support when we moved recently from Miami to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Everything went perfectly from our first contact with the company through Gabriela Morilla to the receiving of over 100 boxes in our apartment in Rio. Gabriela was very effective in providing us with an estimate that turned out to be very close to the amount we ended up paying, and she was always available for the questions we had throughout the process. Eliane, in São Paulo, was also very supportive when it was time to coordinate the delivery of the boxes in Rio. It was a pleasant and welcome surprise, and I won’t hesitate to recommend Confiança to whoever is looking to move to and back from the US and Brazil.

I’m so happy with the professionalism this company. The workers are amazing! Very professional, on time, working like a team. Super polite and answering all the questions and helping at much they can , really a great company. I super recommend. The people in São Paulo the lady Dandara very sweet always there for us. Florida the team Gabriela, Marlene, Marilda the driver and helpers they are the best. I’m so happy and everything get my home perto and intact.

Overall it was a positive experience. Everyone I engaged with was professional and courteous. The only improvement would be to have 1 person be the contact for the customer. I spoke with one person to start the process, another person for the payment, another for the insurance requested by the building I was moving to, another person for the truck, etc. That to me was a little frustrating. When you are moving you have quite a lot on your plate, you don't need to be calling more than 1 person for an answer. Their prices were good, everyone I spoke to was friendly, and resolved the issue, I just wished it would of been 1 person. I would highly recommend their services.
