This location is so poorly managed. The door is always locked when you show up, with a note on the door saying they’re at lunch. They’ll be back in 30 minutes. Literally this is happened to me three different times that I’ve come and I come often two times out of those three I waited and they were back within an hour not actually 30 minutes. This place needs a manager. You can’t run a business with locked doors.

Just so you know… they only sell to people with a cosmetology license. If you just want to grab a few things you’ll waste your time.

Even though it’s quite a drive from my house I keep choosing this location for my shopping because it’s pretty much always a seamless experience. They’re happy to help you find everything you need over the phone and then you just stop by to pay and pick up.

As a professional, any other beauty supply store, once you provide them your cosmetology license, they allow you to purchase every time from there on. This location refused to ring me up, even though they saw me in the system. Due to the fact that I did not have my cosmetology license with me as well. I explained that I was on the road already and I’m just making a stop before work. They refused to sell me the products that I needed even though they know I’m in their system. If I have to carry my license every single time I go to their store I will never shop there again.. That’s just not real life of a business owner. If that is the case, what is the point of having a computer system?! The ladies argued with me, saying that they need to visually see my license as well, or they will not make a sale. I offered to show them my ID and they refused to look at it. Tried to call customer service to see if they could bring me up this one time and of course they don’t have phone operators!
My experience has been that they only provide to a certain demographics and market of people. They do not provide to all cosmetology Professionals.
I was the only non-blonde white woman in the building so maybe it was a racist/Class Factor. But they will call it a target Market.

Every single time i come to this store there is a note on the door saying they closed for lunch and will reopen in 30-60 minutes! I literally stood at the door and the girl was eating at the register and didn't open the door during business hours. I have clients and not standing outside to wait for you to finish your lunch to be able to make my purchase. Ridiculous!

They only sell to licensed people the same products that they sell online at the same price and that also do not have any type of restriction, how absurd!!!

I come and I find this sign!!! Waited 20 minutes and they never opened!!! I arrived at 9:45 am, no one ever answered the phone!! So they open at 8 am if they are not ready to serve customers!

Every time I go to this store they have a note at the door that they are in the back getting merchandise or that they are lunch time . It’s ridiculous. They have no respect for Costumers .

The ad says the store opens at 8 am. The store employee arrived at work at 8:25. And the store is still closed. several people stand and wait. and everyone has a job.
