Worst customer service ever. This place doesn’t even deserve one start. Today was my 3rd time getting my OTC at Navarro located at 16801 NW 67 Ave and I just decide not to go back to this place. The olds ladies working at the OTC department are very rude, very bad attitude with the customers. The name of the old lady is Belkys, she is very rude and looks like with psych conditions, she screamed to a customer because customer left a pack of diapers in the wrong place. I don’t know why Navarro have this kind of people working for them.

Very good products, very good organization in the store but very bad service but you have to be careful when paying and I went to buy two dyes at 1:99 p.m. and he gave me 4 dyes and when I complain to him in bad form he tells me I was wrong It was Ana Belkis for me, she knew what she had done and she asked Beatriz from afar and shouted to return the money to my Targeta without an apology and that's it, this is the second time this has happened. This happened on December 28, 2024 at 3:13 pm it is a lack of respect about this Navarro's work, my rating for this lady is less than zero

The worst service is in that location. Navarro Pharmacy on 67th Avenue Miami Lakes. I went there to pick up prescription the girl in the front desk told me that it wasn't ready and then she will text me when it's ready.
I told her that I would wait for it she says no I'll text you when it is ready. She told me some of the prescription will not be ready till tomorrow then 10 minutes later when got home and the prescription was ready when I went back I told she made me come back and I could have waited and she gave me a Smurf look so I dedicate this give review to the young lady that's working on the front desk on 10/29/2024 at 5:10 in the afternoon. Sorry you need to learn how to work with patients. I'm in the medical field and I will never treat somebody the way she treated me. good luck young lady you need to back to school and learn how to treat patients .

Navarro has a 90% off section. However, when I bought something from the section, it rang 75%. A supervisor by the name of yanelis, when I told her and SHOWED her the section where the item was located, she refused to help and adjust the price. I'm very disappointed. Staff are not helpful.

La farmacia personal incompetente ,disgustado después de espera para que me atiendan 6 personas ahí se molestan por la pregunta que Ise y me faltan el respeto deja mucho que desear ese personal que incluye a la que estaba vestida de blanco .si no les gusta su trabajo o les pagan mal ballance para otro lado .no maltraten a las personas 👎😡

I was waiting in the OTC area for more than 40 minutes to be charged for some products including my son's ibuprofen who has a fever at home, they told me that the girl was on break and I had to wait, I went to look for the manager to explain to her why they did not have a staff at the checkout to serve the customers and she never showed up, they called her through Navarro's speaker phone service and she still never showed up, it is incredible how these things happen in the medicine area which many people might need urgently, the manager must make sure that these things do not happen, a manager is the one who makes sure that the establishment has a good organization in terms of personnel, the manager's name is Diana and when she appeared after 40 minutes to open the box she I demanded an explanation and she didn't know how to answer me, remaining silent in silence 🤬.

There is a staff that works over the OTC her name is Ana and she is from Cuba. This lady have a bad attitude. It’s never a good time when I go to this store. Now, I have to look for another Navarro to go to. And I like going over there it’s so sad that I have to let it go. What crazy about it she knows I don’t speak Spanish she got the nervous to say something about me in Spanish to her next coworker. I was really mad and made my mind up.
