Everything was organized and changed inside the store. You don’t know where anything is anymore. After going to the store for several years, you’d know where all the items are located, but now you’ll never find anything that you’ve been used to locate and get quickly. Good luck in trying to find an associate to ask locations of items.

This is by far the worst Navarro normally I’ve always sent my prescriptions here for the last 10 years but now you won’t take my insurance, no email or text was sent to me notifying me about this change, I’m so sick and now I have to go through this process all over again, this is the worst staff so un helpful, this may be emotional writing but yall suck

Worse customer service, ben standing in line for 2 minutes literally the cashier act like she didn't noticed me at all, all up on her phone while I'm waiting for her service, what a great store you guys running here

I was surprised to see such a well stocked place.Nice employees and ready to help.Got a big bottle of a perfume and when opened at home there was a cream ! Oh no! Went back and explained the case, they exchanged it with no problem.I guess a savvy customer played a trick on them.But everything went perfectly well.Thanks !!

We need to find more people like Glenda from the pharmacy. She is always with a smile and very friendly when she serves people. It is always a pleasure to come to Navarre for my medications.

Some eye drops that are meant to clean your eyesight are too expensive, 11 dollars is an abuse for us, customers set different prices and when you get to the checkout they tell you another price, tremendous strategy that they have
