I went to pick up an antibiotic at 1:28 pm, and a man named Kabir told me they were closing at 1:30 pm for lunch. However, he refused to give me the medication, saying I would have to wait until 2:00 pm when they returned. I pointed out that it wasn’t 1:30 pm yet, but he responded arrogantly that it wasn’t about the exact time—it was about when they felt like helping me.
What made it worse is that Kabir is the manager, and he acts like he owns the place. There’s no one to escalate the complaint to. This has been by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a CVS.
I kindly ask that you review the security cameras from today, 4/21, at 1:27 pm to confirm what I’m saying. It would have taken no more than a minute to hand me the medication. The attitude and customer service were unacceptable, especially considering they were still on the clock and within business hours

Horrible experience contacting pharmacist after mother release from hospital. Was told 2 prescriptions were out of stock and then to call back the following day. Automated line is a circle jerk trap. No call or response from pharmacy...
Went in person to wait 45 mins in line to be told still out of stock and please call back...

I used to go here almost all the time, and there used to be more employees when I was there. Nowadays the whole place is completely understaffed, too many customers, and only one employee. I'm going to Walgreens now

They never answer the phone and they take too long to give you the medication and if you have more than one medication they don't realize it when packing, which means it takes even longer.
