I left my iPhone at the automatic checkout and an employee who had helped me bag. My item ran out and chased me for a full block to return it. What an absolute star he is! I was so appreciative of his kindness and extra effort on a day in Miami that feels like 110°.

Bruno and Joel (4040 Prairie Ave Miami Beach, FL 33140 United States) FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND IGNORANT EMPLOYEES I tried to use this coupon that was on My CVS app for the product that they advertised the coupon for on the item, but when I went to the register today this morning (January 24th 2024) to make my payment at check out, the cashier named Bruno (& Joel, 2nd cashier), told me the coupon can't be used because it was "not working" the code. I showed them my phone, I showed them my CVS app and the coupon For that item on there and then I asked for a manager because the cashier was giving me problems (7:45am). He (the 2 cashier) obviously didn't know what he was doing because he told me he did not know when the manager was going to be in the store when I asked for a manager assistance (and 1 minute later the manager walks through the front door and comes to the counter and I don't known the managers name because he was not even wearing a name tag). Anyway, CVS needs to find out what type of employees they are hiring, because the 2 cashier this morning didn't know Anything, he didn't know why the coupon was working, he didn't even speak English, I had to speak to him in español for him to understand this situation, and he didn't even know when the manager was coming in (he looked surprise when he seen the manager walk in), he just keep telling me the discount is not working (making me feel like he doesn't care and wanted me to just pay and leave, I have No Problem paying Any price, But if CVS is offering INVALID Coupons, that's a problem, it's FALSE Advertising! If that was the case I would have just went to WALMART. Anyway. CVS you guys need to start checking WHO You are hiring, because this is embarrassing and I'm never coming back after this incident, the part that makes me not want to come back is because I Did Not get the help that I needed and should have got from ANY OF THE Employers that You have working for you. The manager should have at least took the discount manually instead of telling me that "oh this is not the item" when clearly on the app it was showing the product AND the coupon with it. Bad service.

Horrible experience. Couldn’t find the meds and we had to come back 3 times. Then they closed for lunch earlier than suppose to and made us wait until they opened again.

They NEVER ANSWER PHONE IN PHARMACY OR UP FRONT IN STORE. I’m trying to get a prescription filled I’m visiting. This is ridiculous. Been on phone since 8am trying to reach a person. Got no one??
