You cannot understand the poor service of this pharmacy today I have some prescriptions and they tell me to pick them up after 5 I am 10 minutes away from 7 and they tell me that they are not ready and it is not the first time and they don't like it when you tell them the truth in their face and they sent the prescriptions back to me, seriously, how did I tell them? Also, you go outside, they take a while, you come in and it's the same thing, the worst thing is that they waste time talking, that's why the medications are never ready, please, I need to take this to another level, yes. Does anyone know where I can do it, I will thank you and the Doctor is the dark-skinned one where I study who has no education whatsoever, then they say that we are racists and what he did is a total lack of respect for the client.

Very bad service, I called for an oral anesthesia. I placed the order, they never took it to me, but I gave the refund and it was not horrible service, they never answer the calls.

The customer service, very bad, only one girl, was very friendly, the staff is really rude, and has a very bad character, you look for help and you can't find anyone and if you go at night much less so, they should consider the opinions .

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy. My daughter needed a prescription filled urgently, but the pharmacist refused to fill it because it was missing the DEA number. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, he flat-out refused to call the pediatrician to obtain the necessary information.
Before outright refusing to fill the prescription, I had already gone back and forth with the pharmacy for 24 hours after dropping off the prescription. When I asked when it could be ready, he dismissively said it would be filled whenever they had time to call the doctor. According to my lawyer, the law in Florida allows and encourages pharmacists to obtain this vital information directly from the doctors when it is missing, yet this pharmacist chose not to follow this guideline.
The situation escalated when I called the pharmacy to discuss the matter. The pharmacist not only screamed at me over the phone but also had the audacity to hang up on me. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients rely on pharmacists for assistance and support.
It is alarming that such a lack of empathy and professionalism exists in this pharmacy. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they are looking for reliable and compassionate care. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and quality of service provided by CVS.

Very bad service, from the doctor to the cashier. Everyone has a bad face, little desire to work. I went to get some tablets that had supposedly been given to me previously and I brought them the bottle that said the amount they gave me and they still claimed that they gave them to me, and in the end they kept my tablets. They all cover each other. THE WORK TEAM OF THAT PHARMACY IS NOT USE.

horrible Customer service through the drive tru… I went to claim medications for my grandmother and I was on the line for more than 40 minutes 05/17/2024 at 7:20 it was my turn the employees were talking inside regardless of seeing the car and I waited for 7 minutes and pressed the call button so that they could attend to me and then it took them more than 15 minutes to give me the medications with a very bad attitude and with all the patience in the world and behind me the line of cars did not stop and They close at 8:00 pm people were desperate… very bad service if I could give zero stars… very bad they are playing with people's time!!

TOW TRUCK COST ME $290 These mfers towed my two friends who went in to buy some beers. I live next door. They came in to use the bathroom and by the time they were back out both of their cars were towed. Less than 30 mins. We bought things there. They have a spotter sitting in that parking lot 24/7 watching everyone who parks there. DONT SUPPORT CORRUPT BUSINESS PRACTICES. DONT GO! THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR EVEN IF YOU BUY THINGS.

Horrible Service at this CVS, we wanted to buy some beers at 10:30 and we had to find a person because the machine didn’t wanted to scan the item. I had to look all around the store for an employee because there was only one. And apparently no alcohol can be purchased after 9 pm by managers orders. Again horrible and on a Saturday. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to come help me in the front to buy something. Clearly there was only one employee or two at most.
