I’ve been waiting for a rx needed immediately never been in back order but it’s been waiting 3 weeks lately everyte I put a rx they never have it and they change their phone system so its impossible to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. The worst I’ve ever seen.

The employees don’t work, they spend toooooo much talking. They help their friends before the customers waiting in line for 30 to 45 mins. I wish my insurance worked at other pharmacies. This place sucks, horrible people and horrible service.

On Google, the pharmacy's opening hours are 8am. I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes and I have to leave because they haven't opened the drive thru. Horrible service.

If there was 0 star that will be it is horrible the wait time they tell you a time frame and the medicine is not even ready horrible i was in the line pf the drive thru for longer than an jour horrible service will definitely change place.

I'm standing here waiting on a non-holiday Wednesday at 7:20 am and they are just now opening the store. Terrible.UPDATE: And then I stand at the register for several minutes while there are 3 employees there, and 2 of them are visibly not doing anything except having a heated discussion complaining about the laziness and un-professionalism of other employees. The irony.

That's wonderful to hear! My recent visit to CVS was nothing short of fantastic. The ease of finding items, coupled with the ever-present and helpful staff, made my shopping experience delightful. My visits to this CVS have been consistently unsatisfactory. Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident but a consistent occurrence at this CVS location. Doors open at 7 am….so please explain why I arrived at 7:35 and the doors were locked but employees can be seen inside yet after knocking on the door nobody even acknowledged me similar situation in the evening an hour before closing they lock the door and let people in at their discretion it seems smh

My family and I have been loyal customers of CVS pharmacy in our area for quite some time, but our recent experiences have left us deeply dissatisfied. It's disheartening to say that our visits have been plagued by slow and subpar service, making us seriously question our continued patronage.One of the most significant issues we've encountered is the consistent delay in prescription readiness. Even when we've taken the effort to have our prescriptions sent days in advance, we are met with an inexplicable wait time of around 30 minutes in a line just to reach the counter. This unnecessary waiting period is not only frustrating but also a poor use of our time, which is precious.What adds to our exasperation is that once we finally reach the counter, it takes an additional 15 minutes or more for our prescriptions to be processed. The lack of efficiency and promptness in this regard is simply unacceptable for a business that deals with something as critical as people's health. This extended wait time is causing considerable inconvenience for all of us.Unfortunately, it's not just a one-time occurrence but a pattern we've observed over multiple visits. It's disheartening to see that despite our loyalty to CVS, the service quality has been consistently subpar. It leaves us wondering whether the pharmacy is truly prioritizing the needs and time of its customers or not.Given these ongoing issues, it's time for us to reevaluate our choice of pharmacy. CVS and even its competitor Walgreens have, in our experience, let us down when it comes to efficiency, timely service, and customer care. We hope to see improvements in the future, but until then, we're left with no choice but to seek alternatives in our area that can provide a more efficient and customer-centric experience.In conclusion, our recent experiences at CVS pharmacy have been marred by slow and inefficient service, resulting in unnecessary wait times and frustration for our family. It's imperative that CVS addresses these issues promptly to retain the trust and loyalty of its customers in our area.

Terrible service, short staffed. The ladies take forever to assist. Patients wait over 2 hrs for medications. They do not assist patients with coupons. A lady was waiting for 5 hrs for her meds. I mean terrible! the bathroom locked, someone with a walker pooped in their pants waiting for the key, I’ve never seen such a place !

Customer services is awful, they are suppose to open at 2:00 pm after lunch and at that time is when they start to turns the lights on and medicine’s preparation take so long and when you try to ask them for update they act like they don’t hear.It’s unbelievably that they don’t respect the patients pain or necessities
