CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some have had positive experiences, others have encountered challenges. One customer is particularly satisfied, stating that CVS is "the only pharmacy that gives us money back." They appreciate the reimbursements and the $5 monthly benefit, calling it "great" and thanking CVS for continuing to support its customers. Another customer had a pleasant experience, noting that they were able to get in and speak with a "very nice person" on the pharmacy phone. Despite some negative reviews, this customer's experience did not match the complaints. At a specific CVS location, a customer was impressed by the store's efficiency during a busy time. They noted that the waiting time to pay was acceptable, and they were particularly pleased with the friendliness and cordiality of the employee, Nicholas, who served each customer with a "pleasant smile and respectful attitude." In a separate incident, a customer had an issue with a prescription, but the pharmacist, Xiomara Diaz, stepped in and resolved the problem. The customer recognized Diaz as a "great asset" to the CVS team. However, not all experiences were positive. One customer had a frustrating phone call with a CVS employee who seemed agitated and unwilling to provide helpful information. The employee's dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist the customer left a negative impression. Overall, CVS appears to have a mix of positive and negative reviews, with some customers appreciating the company's benefits and the friendly staff, while others have encountered challenges with the customer service.
The pharmacy turned me away even though I got there before closing time, since there was a line tech simply said it’s 8 we are close come tomorrow.
April 2026
It was 6pm and pharmacy closed at 8 but drive through was closed. Called several times but no one could even answer. I have a special needs child so instead had to go inside and wait an hour in line. :( The worst CVS ever.
March 2026
This has to be the worst managed pharmacy in existence.
