10/10 customer service. Passed by to drop off a return and print a card for my husband as an anniversary gift, three different employees seemed to be working and all three were extremely polite and efficient. I had never printed images that weren’t pictures and the man attending me was so helpful. He helped me pick a size, paper quality, and even cut the photos for me. Ended up deciding to print one extra item and a young lady attended me that time, she was just as kind. Knew I had to write a review immediately because it’s not often you go somewhere and see excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten their names to include in the review because employees like that deserve the praise!

There is NO WAY of getting in touch with this location by phone. The automated service is pure garbage. As much as I hate office max, at LEAST they answer the phone so I can ask if they offer passport photos. You don't want my business, fine - you lost a customer to OFFICE MAX of all places..

Thank goodness for the talented and patient team at this location that helped me when my printer died hours before a major deposition in a big federal case. The store manager Erwin printed and organized thousands of documents and exhibits for me- at the last minute. I was having a meltdown down. I am impressed and grateful that FedEx has such and talented person on their team.

Unacceptable Customer Service – Needs Immediate Attention
I visited this FedEx location last night at 7:33 PM, well before closing, expecting to quickly print and ship important court-ordered documents. However, the service I received was beyond disappointing.
There were three employees—two women and one man—but none were focused on assisting customers. One woman completely ignored me as I stood at the counter, while the other was loudly vacuuming before the store had even closed. The male employee was in the back, seemingly disengaged. While he did offer to help twice, it was only after I was ignored.
I attempted to print a 15-page PDF but noticed after 15 minutes that it hadn’t gone through. At 7:45 PM, I asked for assistance, and the male employee casually said, “It’s slow, it takes a minute.” By 7:50 PM, nothing had printed, and seeing how eager they were to close up, I asked if I could send it directly to him for printing. His response? “Use another email, and it should work.” I tried again—still nothing. Instead of offering a real solution, he returned to cleaning, leaving me stranded with no way to print my urgent documents.
With three employees present and only two customers in the store, there was absolutely no excuse for this lack of service. Their laziness and lack of professionalism need to be addressed immediately. I strongly urge management to investigate this issue and retrain staff on proper customer service practices.

After an excruciatingly frustrating experience at Office Max yesterday, we found ourselves in a pinch and decided to call FedEx Printing just ten minutes before they closed. We asked if they could print five bound booklets for a chamber music concert by the next day. Adrian assured us it was no problem and even offered to get them printed that night to ensure they’d be ready by morning. He went above and beyond, following up with us after hours and having everything ready ahead of schedule.
I highly recommend this FedEx location—the entire staff was friendly and helpful from the initial phone call to the finished product. On top of that, their service was both cheaper and higher quality than we expected. 10/10—thank you!

an employee named Alex with black hair was super helpful and nice. i feel like employees at printing places are usually particularly unhelpful but this guy was very helpful and patient so it was a breath of fresh air

I do all of my printing at this location. They’re fast and have lots of print options. I had an issue with a retractable banner and the manager Alex fixed it right away. Great location

Amazing FedX service!! All the sales reps are great! I’m treated with respect and greeted with a smile no matter how busy they are!
I know when I have to ship out for my shop these guys got my back!

Charging $8 to resize and print a picture on glossy paper is actually insane. The staff was nice but $8 to print a photo is ridiculous.

Dani helped me make some photocopies without my prompting. She then gave me the best options for overnighting some legal documents. She also made a great recommendation for creating a return label from my account to send to the recipient. The package arrived ahead of schedule and in mint condition. Exceeded my expectations. I'll be back.

The service is horrible. I went to have a binding made and the girl said she could do it. Then 5 min later she came back and said the other guy was going to do it. I wait 18 min without exagerating only to see no one doing anything with my binding. All the while the girl was doing insignificant things like organizing tape and shuffling around aimlessly. I approached her again and ask if someone could please bind my work. She then had some other guy start on it who called me to the counter and said he didn't have bindings for legal and would have to charge me extra. I told him that was absurd whereas I always bind legal in the Gables and Coconut Grove . His reply was basically that I was liing and if I wanted it done I would have to pay extra for a double ring because they don't have legal. In all this is pathetic and its my first negative review of any Kinkos but I can see why they have a 3.6
