After going to this Firestone for so many years , unfortunately after my recent experience I will not be returning. I brought my truck in because it had difficulty starting , they replaced my battery. The truck continued having difficulty starting . I brought the truck in again after the battery was replaced bc it continued to have the same issue and they told me the truck is fine. A few weeks later the truck didn’t turn on for good . They misdiagnosed my truck after I told them initially what was going on with my truck. Both times the issue was brushed off and ignored. After many years of good service not sure what happened this time but I’m definitely disappointed in the lack of service and accountability. Needless to say I was gaslit into thinking nothing was wrong with my vehicle and nothing was done about it.

I would not recommend getting anything from this place. I've been sitting here for an hour and a half (blocking the cars on purpose), and no one has even bothered to come out and ask, "How may I assist you?" I am frustrated by the lack of professional customer service, especially since it's not even busy! There are only three cars here, and it seems like the manager made eye contact with me twice in the last three minutes while I’ve been writing this review. I have never experienced anything like this, and I'm surprised to see similar complaints in past reviews without any improvements. Booking an appointment seems pointless because you will still end up waiting! Please go somewhere else and don’t waste your time!

I have been sitting here for 3 hours waiting for an oil change and my car has not even been looked at once. It is not even busy here, as there are 4 or 5 cars max being worked on with several workers present. Next time tell people it will take multiple hours and they won’t even bother. Will never be coming back here, and I recommend you don’t either.

The truth is that I recommend that you do not go to buy any type of service, they scammed me, I bought 4 tires in 2022 for my pickup, I recently suffered a nail in the tire due to lack of time, I let 3 weeks pass and then I decided to take it to the store where I bought it originally 2 years ago, and they tell me that on their screen it does not appear that I bought the lifetime guarantee, obviously I did when the seller offered me that guarantee, but they did charge me for it, it is unfortunate how they scam people these tire stores, the worst thing is that they tell me to come back after 3 hours because they were very busy, but they call me 5 minutes later when I was on the way back to my house and tell me that the tire is broken and that I have to buy a new one because it can't be repaired, but before giving it to them we checked the tire with the seller and there was nothing, and he still mentioned that it was very strange that this was happening, that he couldn't see any damage, but that coincidence that when I left it They return the broken tire to me. In conclusion they wanted to sell me a new tire when I had bought a lifetime warranty but they didn't want to accept it.

My girlfriend tried to set up an appointment to get her car looked at because the check engine light came on. She requested an appointment online and only got an email back saying "we will let you know if that appointment is available." Weird response in my opinion, but we waited and waited only to hear nothing by phone or email. The next day, she stops in at the time she tried to schedule her appointment for and is told that if they don't call you, then you don't have an appointment. I have no clue why we were never told that the appointment was not available, but whatever, it happens. So she makes a second appointment with an employee while she's still there for the following day. I show up for that appointment just to be told that the 1 singular person at an auto shop who can do diagnostics for a check engine light is not there today and we have to reschedule for 2 or 3 days later. Needless to say, they aren't getting a third chance from us and we will be avoiding this Firestone at all costs in the future.
If you do decide to try to make an appointment here, double and triple check with them to make sure its actually scheduled and they'll have the people there to help you.

My experience with them has never been the best, I always have to come back because they don't do their job right the first time, I've definitely given up on coming back. The attention is not bad, but the service as such is not very good.

I have been changing the tires on my car at this store for years, it was always a place where the service was good, that's why I came back again and again, I even recommended other people, but last week I ordered 2 tires, the person who helped me guaranteed that the next day the tires would be there and gave me an appoitmen for Sunday, ha, what was the surprise, I arrived at 8:00 and first of all, the person who gave me the appoitmen had not arrived Still, secondly, I didn't order the tires, very unprofessional, they agreed to notify me, two days have passed and nothing, I wasted the trip and my time, I don't think I will return to that store

Update May 15,2024 The employees in this location are very helpful and they make reasonable recommendations and repairs in a timely manner and what to expect on the follow up.Staff and technicians were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable on the troubleshooting questions they gave me the advice and suggestions on what to do and what not to and they told me anything I need to go back so yes I recommend this service shop for any auto repair.Update May 13,2023 this shop excellent and very helpful on all the technical needs for your vehicle.
