Moving back to Ireland after living in the US was a daunting task and finding a moving company that I could trust was challenging. Then I found Formula Global Mobility and from the start I knew this was the company to trust. They have a great team and the communication from the start with Viviana,Rogerio and the person who guided me through it was Dennis Franca was excellent.
Their trade partners in Ireland were very professional when finally delivering my items which all arrived in tact and unbroken. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to whoever is thinking of moving to Europe from the states east or west coast.

We recently shipped approximately 25 boxes from Georgia (USA) to Belo Horizonte (Brazil), and overall, our experience was very positive.
From the initial quote to final delivery, the process was handled efficiently and with clear communication. The team was responsive via both WhatsApp and email, which helped maintain confidence throughout the move.
The local pickup service in Georgia could have been better. The crew appeared somewhat careless, and I had to stay actively involved to ensure the boxes were properly sealed and secured. That said, the international shipping portion itself went smoothly.
There was a minor issue with the total volume calculation, which resulted in a pricing adjustment after the shipment was in transit. In hindsight, I should have double-checked the estimated volume more carefully. Fortunately, the resolution process was professional and stress-free, with both parties coming to an agreement without conflict.
On the Brazil side, the local delivery team exceeded expectations. They arrived in uniform, handled the boxes with care, were highly organized, and demonstrated excellent professionalism and courtesy. I was truly impressed by their service.
All boxes arrived in good condition. We used Home Depot’s large heavy-duty boxes, and aside from two broken plates (due to our own packing oversight), everything arrived intact.
This company proved to be reliable, communicative, and solution oriented. During an international move, consistent communication is crucial, and they delivered on that. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

My experience moving from the US to Brazil with Granero Moving was excellent. The entire process took about a year, from pickup to delivery at my final destination, and their communication was clear and reliable every step of the way. During this time, I was also able to use their storage services in both countries at a very reasonable price. Their price conditions were the best I found in the market, and whenever I needed access to the facilities to retrieve belongings, the team was always friendly, accommodating, and flexible. I highly recommend their services.

I strongly advise caution before using Granero Moving.
I signed a fixed-price contract in May 2025 and paid in full ($3,895 USD). The company picked up exactly the items I declared in my inventory. Despite this, weeks later they suddenly claimed that the volume was higher than contracted and demanded over $1,100 USD extra, without providing any measurement proof.
Their justifications for the extra charge kept changing (first volume, then weight), and to this day no evidence has been provided. Delivery dates were repeatedly postponed for months. I’ve been told delivery would only happen if I paid the additional disputed cost — essentially holding my belongings hostage.
As of now, nearly three months have passed since pickup, I still don’t have my shipment, and the company refuses to answer my calls.
This experience has been extremely stressful and unfair. I do not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliability or transparency in an international move.
