Oh man, where do I start? What an experience
If you can't speak Spanish, get ready to be treated very differently. There is no system where to pick up or drop off. One of those loads where the broker says it's the right place no matter what number you give, they keep giving you attitude only to load you at the end.

Appt 1/22/24@0800Arrived 1/21/24@2300Docked 1/22/24@0730Unload start 1/22/24@0830Unload finish 1/22/24@1410People were really nice but took a while for unload (reefer HERSHEY FTL, typical) I arrived the night before and parked around back. Small lot so would recommend doing the same if you have an appt first thing. Receiving office opens early but won’t start unloading until 8, that’s when the unloaders arrive. Checked in at #28 around back, unloaded in #15 around front.

Came in late, safe place to park overnight and got right In a door.. Unloaded in a couple hours .
Very polite warehousemen and room to move around in the lot.... .
Check in by door 57....

Ok so here is the deal about this place .If you’re delivering *reefer* stay at the front of the building because that’s where they’re going to tell you to offload . Do not go around the back ! You will get stuck . However you’ll have to walk to the back to CHECK IN . It’s at door 28. It’s best to exercise your legs than go around there and get stuck behind a million truck trying to back upUpdateIf you have additional drops . Good luck on that Two guys working . Im not sure when I’ll be able to make it to my next drop . It been 2 hours and I only have 4 pallets for them

I get here at 10:30, he say park and I will call you, he calls then say park between door 30-35 and come inside, done that and I tell him I'm in door 34, ok I will call you when they're done loading you, get a call to come and get paperwork, get paperwork then he says, you can go back to your truck, I will let you know when they are finished loading you, it's now 2;42...trucks that came after me are loaded and gone, I could’ve sworn that when you get your paperwork that the load is completed. Let’s no forget all this in the way of backing to door 34

An unpleasant place to work. The manager of the warehouse Ivan Orjuela is not professional, he treats the employee like garbage and creates a toxic and unpleasant environment to work.very disappointed
