Extremely bad customer service from Dimitry, as he called himself the manager of the rental car, he gave away our car to another customer, because they were a regular customer and waited for an hour….he also, decided to charge us for a car they did have available $20 additional per day just because they gave away our car. What was my best part of the interaction was when he asked me if i spoke spanish, why, are you treating me differently because i am latin? Kinda racist to me.. thank you so much for your amazing customer service (sarcasm)

The staff was very polite and answered any and all questions. Check in and was was very quick with an appt. I definitely would always go back to the location on Powerline Road and Cypress Creek in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Love the staff and they remember who you are as a valued customer. Kudos!!

My family had a great experience renting from Hertz Miami Gardens. Fidias made the process seamless and we are grateful for his service and attention to detail. We will definitely be returning if we need to rent a car in the Miami area.

I prepaid a car and when i went to pock it up they didnt want to rent it to me with my card.
I had to call and ask for refund which they returned a week after and i need it the money to book somewhere else in a rush! It was my first time trying hertz and its my last time too
