I’ve lived in the Moors 12 years, it’s been through several sales to different management. The pool at latitude has been closed for over 3 months and you can’t get an answer to why it’s closed or when it will be open. The main community pool has been closed for over a year with no explanation. 12 years and rent goes up every year and apartment stays the same no upgrades. They make you pay for a third party delivery you don’t want or need. Nobody uses it.

I'm just moving to this place and I love it so far. Nicole, the lady at the leasing office, she deserves a raise! She makes your life way better, the move-in process was very smooth, easy and quickly. She really gives you a warm welcome and got me a beautiful apt with an amazing view to the lake.
There is another lady just starting to work now, Valerie, and she's very nice too.
I'm very excited about moving here! Yay!

I’m a resident of two years here! While the sign-up process was executed great the months after were rocky. Fast forward, we do have new staff in the office who are very responsive to our needs and gives timely communication. Since our day 1, we have seen a positive change in the car or the community! Kristen, James, and Richard are good people and good at their jobs! When something breaks, we don’t sweat it because this team is right on it!

Been living here for 3 years love this apartment complex some things can be changed but overall very pleased I love it here ! It wouldn’t be what it is if it weren’t for the maintenance staff god bless those men they need a raise!!!

Ever since the company transferred to Willow Bridge the neighborhood has thrived! Maintenance repairs are actually completed when they say, phone calls are actually answered, down to the atmosphere is better! With Maria, the assistant manager in charge the entire community can see the difference. I am so pleased with the staff and the community, this will be our third year here and we plan to stay! Thank you willow bridge and Maria!

Would not recommend moving here, the moors community sucks, the parking situation with booting is ridiculous. Again DO NOT move into here
