This is the worst place that you can buy a car! The salesman was very pleasant of coarse. The first finance guy is cocky, lie, and arrogant. He lied about my credit score and the offers available. When I wanted to take the deal to my credit union, the wanted to increase the sales price of the car 2500 more. He was so impatient with taking care of the finance and wants to push it his way. It took me 2 days to get the car because I would not let him push me in his direction.
Don't mention customer service! No customer service available. they send you in circles. I got the cat in July with a tag. They sent me a 2nd tag by Express mail in October, I still can't get a reason for the tag, DMV said i have to contact them and I am still unable to speak to someone there. The service is really bad. I need another car for my company but I am shopping elsewhere. terrible service people!

I came to see the Hyundai Elantra N, the new sporty model priced around $37,700 MSRP. I arrived in my BMW X5 M50i, clearly showing I was a serious buyer, and simply asked to test drive the car to see how it feels.
The salesperson told me they don’t allow test drives for this car unless I’m already financing it. That makes absolutely no sense — how can anyone decide to buy or finance a car without even knowing how it drives? They said, “It’s a fast car, we don’t let people test drive it.”
Honestly, that’s ridiculous. Even BMW lets you test drive their M and performance models. Great car, but terrible customer experience. If you’re looking for an Elantra N, go to a different dealership that actually respects potential buyers.

I am very frustrated! They keep money and lie to me that they will provide me with a refund later. It’s been 3 months already and nothing happened. Be away from this company! I am gonna sue them!

I cancelled my Platinum Vehicle Protection Plan with Hyundai of North Miami nearly 3 months ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. The dealership keeps telling me that the “head office” hasn’t sent the check yet. This is far longer than any reasonable processing time, and the lack of transparency is frustrating.
I’ve requested written confirmation and updates multiple times, but communication has been slow and unclear. I expected much better service from a reputable dealership. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle protection plan here, be aware that cancelling and receiving your money back can be a long and frustrating process.

This dealership is dishonest and has deceptive practices. Definitely sold me a car last week that had been in an accident and tried to cover it up! When I went to have them make things right they brushed me off bc they obviously dnt care about their reputation. Do not buy a car from here! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Jose, was my salesperson and provided an excellent customer service. He streamlined the purchasing process, and I was able to complete the transaction quickly and smoothly. You were incredibly patient in explaining the different models and answered all my questions thoroughly. The whole staff from start to finish provided excellent customer service.

I’m starting to feel like all dealerships are dishonest. Last week I worked out a deal with this dealership got everything in writing and when I went the next day to finish the deal, they told me this car was sold the night before. I found out when I was standing in the dealership that the car was no longer available They had a similar car but had 9000 more miles. It was also priced $900 cheaper however the manager wanted to charge me $600 more than the car I went there to buy. I was not going to pay more for a car that was listed for $900 less than the car I went there to buy. Fast forward to yesterday when the dealership called me about this same car and to make a long story short, they agreed to sell me the car for $900 less than the car I went to buy the week prior that was sold. I was told in order to get that price I would need to finance it and if I wanted to pay it off early that was fine. I completed the credit application to get the process started as I was told I would not lose the car if I did this. They ran my credit and then I get a text from the sales person A couple hours later that they sold the car to someone else. So now my credit took a hit and I lost the car. You don’t have someone fill out a credit application, run it and then sell the car
to someone else, that is beyond unacceptable. This dealership says they care about the customer? These dealerships don’t care about the Customer all they wanna do is sell the car despite what they tell you.
