I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received from one of the MAC Cosmetics, Nesha, during my recent visit. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to my skincare concerns. Rather than rushing through, she thoughtfully answered all of my questions and helped me try out a variety of products that were well-suited to my needs.
Her friendly demeanor made the experience not only helpful but truly enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to making sure customers feel comfortable and confident in their choices. She went above and beyond, and I left feeling excited about the products and so grateful for her guidance.
Thank you for having such a wonderful team member—I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I had a makeup appointment at 2pm for a full face. I showed up early and was told I had to wait until 2. I browsed the store and found the products I wanted to redeem the service for. 5 minutes before my appt I was asked to have a seat and my “artist” would be there shortly. I walked out at 2:20pm with only a “sorry” - nobody else was “available” to assist me. How unprofessional is this location. I had a feeling this would happen with a chain, because unless it’s their business they have no problem taking advantage of your time. Idc if they’re understaffed, if the “artists” are on break, the manager needs to manage her location a lot better to avoid this from happening. I fulfilled my obligations as a customer, smh ridiculous!

I came to Mac the day of my prom as a last resort as I missed my first makeup appointment somewhere else but I am so happy that I ended up here. The girls at Mac were so sweet and Mitchy got me right!!! She did my makeup so quick, it was gorgeous, and it lasted all night while still looking good. If you go to Mac to get your makeup done I would definitely recommend Mitchy as she follows your vision for makeup to the T!

Got my makeup done by Danielle or Daniella a lady with a huge heart necklace. Noticed I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I initiated what I was there for. Daniella verified then asked me to sit down. I’m in great mood I compliment her fragrance and asked what was it, her response very short and unfriendly. At that point I needed her to just do her job so I decided not to say much else clearly this lady is not happy. While I’m getting my makeup done these were the only words spoken, “look up, look down, close your eyes, don’t squint. Get up let me move your chair over” that was it the entire application time. She greeted certain customers and others got no greeting. She stepped away a few times eventhough there was someone else in the back but I remained patient. Once my make up was done I asked for fixing spray her response was why did I want that, she proceeds to educate me on how my makeup will end up not dry and that she did it at the beginning. Well needless to say she was wrong my makeup started to look very moist. It didn’t look that great as the day went on. I learned my lesson from this experience when they are miserable ask for someone else because your makeup will reflect their misery. She did give me the free gift even though I wasn’t at the amount but I could care less about that I wanted my makeup done perfectly.

We are from out of town and my wife was excited to visit the MAC cosmetics store in the Aventura mall… when we arrived the lady did not greet us and the whole time she just stood there not asking if we had questions or needed help. My wife is a beauty professional and was stunned by the lack of professionalism at the store… seems that MAC cosmetics has went way down in their service and professionalism .. such a shame !!

I had my makeup done last month. I will never do that again. This lady had the biggest attitude to every customer while I was sitting in the chair. Got my order confused, I asked for a 30 minute everyday makeover and she had me sit for 60 minutes. I thought it was because she was assisting other customers. The makeup was horrible and she tried to charge me the full $90 worth of makeup after I corrected her. No wonder they barely have customers.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I walked in and was greeted by nobody. Two Hispanic ladies just stood and kept doing what they were doing. Then I asked about a full glam price and wanted more information on this. The woman I asked had the worst attitude ever and barely wanted to answer my questions it seemed. I was also cut off and couldn't get out all what I wanted to inquire about, she wouldn't let me talk. Why work there if you don't really want to do the job??

Mac aventura is my favorite Mac store. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are always eager to assist and provided personalized recommendations based on my skin type and preferences. They always make me feel welcome and appreciated.

0-1 Star for Service
Went there about a week ago in the evening. I pretty much knew what I wanted. Someone who I believe to be the manager (tall, long hair) came from the back and assisted my sister and me. She was barely cordial, very frosty. No smile and very abrupt. My sister was speaking, and she spoke over her twice! So actually, she was kind of rude. My sister was interested in some products but because of her demeanor we just left.
I do not know what her deal was. Perhaps she had a long day, etc. However, in retail you need to learn to put on the 'professional' smile AND manner. As a customer, I always try and be friendly, I would appreciate to be treated in kind.
For that reason, I will not be back to that store. I will get my MAC product(s) elsewhere.

I came to the store unsure of what i really wanted and Michi assisted me . She was sooooooo patient and offered me many options. I never felt so comfortable visiting Mac.. You need more reps like her! I will definitely be back hoping she’s there to assist..

When I visited the store on Sunday to choose a new lipstick, a dark-skinned associate with light eyes approached me, but her manner was very forceful. I politely declined her help, indicating that I was just browsing. After about 5 minutes, I found the shade I wanted (Viva Glam Planet) and tried to seek her assistance, but she was occupied with another customer. I then asked a different associate for help, who was exceptionally helpful and sweet. However, the first associate did not take this well. She hurried over to inquire about my needs, only to find the other associate had already helped me with my lipstick choice. She walked away clearly upset about missing a potential sale. This behavior seemed more like mean girl attitude rather than a good co-worker. It didn't feel fair, and it must be challenging to deal with that attitude regularly. I have experience working in retail management and she could benefit from some guidance and coaching.

Horrible horrible attitude of the black woman working here, nobody was there to assist as they were having a chat within themselves and when asked if they could give some assistance, the black woman showed an attitude.
