When I visited the store on Sunday to choose a new lipstick, a dark-skinned associate with light eyes approached me, but her manner was very forceful. I politely declined her help, indicating that I was just browsing. After about 5 minutes, I found the shade I wanted (Viva Glam Planet) and tried to seek her assistance, but she was occupied with another customer. I then asked a different associate for help, who was exceptionally helpful and sweet. However, the first associate did not take this well. She hurried over to inquire about my needs, only to find the other associate had already helped me with my lipstick choice. She walked away clearly upset about missing a potential sale. This behavior seemed more like mean girl attitude rather than a good co-worker. It didn't feel fair, and it must be challenging to deal with that attitude regularly. I have experience working in retail management and she could benefit from some guidance and coaching.

Horrible horrible attitude of the black woman working here, nobody was there to assist as they were having a chat within themselves and when asked if they could give some assistance, the black woman showed an attitude.

The “makeup artist” did a horrible job. I couldn’t wait to leave and tried not to be rude, just wanted to get out. No common sense of what she was doing, maybe she is legally blind because eyeliner she applied was not even at all, different length, thickness and one wasn’t even completed. Eyelash was falling off before I even got to my car. A five year old could do a better job. Based on receipt her name was Naya T. Run from that girl she has no idea of what the make up is, she works in Aventura mall

Wonderful staff! I came in shortly before closing not knowing exactly what I wanted and I had the best experience ever! They were so patient in helping me build the perfect pro palette. I was being very particular in the shades I wanted and they didn’t stop until I had exactly what I what I envisioned. Mikey taught me how to get the perfect bubble gum pink lip color for my skin tone, she was great! It’s a busy store so you’ll definitely get the assistance you need with a little patience :)

I went to Mac simply to purchase my go to mascara. There was one person available who was trying to match foundation to a very difficult customer. At this point three of us were waiting for help. Which isn’t her fault but atleast say hey I see you, I’ll be right with you. Mac is also not doing there part like why is she there alone? After ten minutes I walk off just as the other female waiting did. I go down stairs to macys max counter to find a not so nice employee who seemed bothered by my request. She finally decided to look in the drawers for what I needed, hands my the mascara and checks me out. Then I get home and it’s brown not black. After I specifically asked her to make sure. Honestly Im pretty over it. They’ll get the mascara back and will no longer have me as a customer.

I went in to get a foundation and just to learn about products overall. I was assigned Daneisha to assist me and what a nightmare. Couldn’t offer information on the products or how to apply then to save her life. Her speech was super difficult to understand and the face mask made it worse. The music was super intense in there and at times it seemed like she would speak lower just to make the entire interaction worse. Meanwhile her and her coworker where having an entire conversation parallel to ours. It was horrible. I ended up buying a foundation and blush that my BOYFRIEND ended up helping me find because this woman is just incapable. On the drive home I watched a couple of YouTubes on MAC products then went on Instagram and bought them. Don’t waste your time with this store. They aren’t there for you.
