Worst service..they installed a receiver in July and want to charge me 150.00 to come and look at it. Never worked properly. Would not recommend them. I had to hire another company to do it right. It cost me another 1000 dollars.

Do not buy their Warranties. Worst customer service . The company uses Geek Squad as an intermediary/partner . No shows without calling was experienced . Automatic without checking re-appointments made at odd hrs . Long long wait times to speak to Geek squad with their only ability it appears to simply relay messages . My recommendation to Geek squad is to hire more managers who would directly deal with customers. Lastly Geek squad needs to cut down on telephone wait times . After being told that there would be a call back, I waiting an additional 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone . The only person who was conscientious enough to follow up was Geek squad field manager Dina Cosarelli . She finally got involved and cared enough to both text me as well a personally call me to confirm the date for the repair . She was outstanding and needs to be recognized by the company !

this is a very sad provider.... i spent 20.000 usd with them but after a year i am still trying to get hold of these guys to finish the job. mostly incompetent. in total a very negative experience... stereo and tv and integration in magnolia adventura
