I really appreciate Mrs Carolina at the storage space on South River Drive Hialeah/ Miami Florida. She went above and beyond to facilitate me with my storage space. She”s a wonderful manager because she puts fourth the effort to accommodate her customers.

My company currently uses extra space storage in Arizona, Texas, and Florida. My experience with them overall has been really great. They are very responsive and have a great system and set up for Personal rental use I would highly recommend them.

Carolina for president! I have a business of 14 years that requires storages and I’ve rented MANY with different companies. I also rented within Extra Space in different locations - this one is my favorite because of this sweet woman. Carolina is so helpful, not because it’s her job but because she cares so much about people. She is always doing extra to accommodate even if she doesn’t really have to. What a lovely woman 🙏

One of the best storage centers that has provided me with great service during my time there. Carolina has been phenomenal with the services provided for all my needs to have my proper storage in the beginning to the end of my term where she was able to assist me with the move out process. Facility is extremely clean and organized and the staff that she has under her is very helpful as well. Would recommend anyone that is looking for a good storage center to pass by this one if you’re around the Hialeah/Medley area. Give Caroline and her staff a bonus. They deserve it.
