I had my car in storage at Extra Space Storage for 3 1/2 months. When I came back, all was fine with my car. Even better, Rudy, the manager, took extra steps to make sure the Miami winds didn’t blow off my car cover. Rudy is an excellent communicator, responding to all my queries in a timely manner. He is very polite and helpful, making every effort to please the customer. I would not hesitate to use Extra Space Storage - Medley again, if needed. It appears to be safe and easily accessible, well lit and well managed.

Thanks to your attentive and professional staff I have not lost any of my belongings, due to my lack of attention when it comes to locking my unit. Even though I have junk in there, it is still my junk and it has worth to me They all deserve additional compensation, however you deem for them doing their job effectively. Thanks again guys.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrea. She was so informative and friendly. She made opening a unit very easy. She also recommended download the Extra Space app, which is truly so convenient. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of renting here to do and ask for Andrea. She is amazing!
