I purchased a vehicle in October 2022 from this dealer. Let me start by sharing that the finance person Miguel Diaz convinced us to get the warranties ($12,000 later) which for 13 months now I have not been able to use. I have taken the car in 3 times and every single time they give me an excuse why the warranties do not cover the specific problem. In addition I have asked for a loaner car and have been told I have to request a minimum of 3 weeks before so now we have to predict when something will happen to the car to get a loaner car (ridiculous). This is the only dealer that I have heard that from. Please do not promise clients what you are not able to do. I have had to find a solution to get to work because they simply do not care. Horrible service. All I can say buying a car from this dealer was the worst decision we made. I do not recommend anyone to go to this dealer.

Thinking on buying a Mercedes? Think again. It’s not what it used to be. I bought a GLE this year and took it to the dealer to get a carpet hole on the side of the console repaired because it came like this and they said that since I didn’t notice the day I got it that they would not repair it. I took it also because when the car stops at a traffic light the AC stops cooling and they say the vehicle is not supposed to do that because it’s electronic and since they didn’t feel it hot they would not even check. Two weeks after purchase and the back AC would only blow hot air. That they could not deny and had to repair. When ever it rains the car windows get cloudy inside when parked as there is obviously humidity coming in and they say it’s “normal” …I have never seen that much vapor on any other car. Mercedes service and ownership of their vehicles issues really goes beyond comprehension. If you need a loaner when they take car your to be checked get ready to be placed on a month wait! Terrible!!!! Never buying Mercedes again.

This review is for Master Certified Internet Sales Manager Stefano Simionescu. I bought my first Mercedes from him wayyyy back in 2009. He made the process easy. Since then, he has kept in touch (and in fact wishes me happy birthday every year), and when I finally needed a new car he made many efforts to help me find what I was looking for. I ultimately found a car from another source out of state, but I wanted to recognize and recommend Stefano if you are looking for a car in the South Florida area.

I had a good experience at Mercedes for a service A.They offered a complimentary shuttle service. They took me home while my car was being serviced and later brought me back to the dealership when the work was completed. This made the entire process incredibly convenient and hassle-free.The waiting area at Mercedes was also a pleasant surprise. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I was able to relax and catch up on some work while waiting for my car to be ready, which made the wait fly by.

At first I had trouble finding the Mercedes I wanted. Everywhere was sold out or just didn’t have it in their inventory. I was ready to give up. After calling many dealerships, I finally get in contact with Savier. Savier immediately assured me that he will do everything he can to find my my car. The next day, on his day off, he calls me first thing to tell me he found my car. This man worked hard on his day off to find me the perfect car. Something I didn’t even expect. Not only was he honest and patient, he went above and beyond with every step of this process. I brought my girls in with me to pick up the car and he even made sure to make it extra special for them. He put a big red bow on the car to create a “grand reveal” for my 5 and 3 year old. I am truly in awe of his service and hard work. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

My engine light turned on , my car gasped for power and limped . Had it towed to Benz Miami at approx 9am on a Monday morning & NO ONE had the courtesy to call and confirm they had recvd my car by tow company . 4 calls later someone actually answered just to say yes we have it . It is now Wednesday 2pm still no diagnostic and no rental car offer because they have none . Worse part of this , is car had its FIRST service 7 months ago only because that's how new it is and that cost $1900 ! Kinda hefty for 1st service what can they possibly do to a new car but that's what it was . And yet here I am . No car , no rental, no answers. TERRIBLE SERVICE SHAME ON YOU BENZ MIAMI .

I'm currently car shopping and it was my first time at this dealership. First impression is that many options , it was easy to get a call back when interested, but when you go see the cars , they are extremely pushy . Initially I explained that I was starting to look , and the sales guy was already talking about financing before I saw the car .

They fixed my S63 front bumper at their collision center, they says they are not same company, but I made the payment at the Mercedes-Benz of Miami. The insurance process took sometime, during that time they left my vehicle under the sun. Because of that the dashboard and the doors' leather got bad, it is sticky and the leather covers are swelled. Before, I left my car there I haven't got any issue with that. They don't take any responsibilities, they don't return my calls. They avoid me.
