Be careful for the store. There is a guy there by the name of Amir AMEER Who manipulate the elders to sign up for things and tell them it’s free. Not telling them that they still have a monthly payment for a bill. I’m disappointed in MetroPCS and the representative that they have hired in the stores.

I've gone into this location twice today and many other time in the past. Nothing has changed. Today I went twice every single time a worker by the name of Neptu, as far as I could understand her. Any way, she's always sitting and watching video's on her phone. When a simple question is asked, her response is I don't know.... without allowing you to give her your reason for the visit. She's very unprofessional and her customer service is despicable. I saw she was expecting a baby, however, stay home if you don't feel like doing what you were hired to do. I went in there twice today and her coworker were either running errands/out on break. This location has always been a community issue with unprofessional service for many years. Today was my last. Thursday August 7, 2025 between 2pm and 3pm. Just Ridiculous. Located at the 163rd street mall. What a lousy service franchise.
