These Indians dudes were lying to me about the price of the iPhone 16e told me the original price of it was 1200, just as much as the iPhone 16 pro max which was a complete lie, super unprofessional they were offering me a one time price of 600 basically lying saying no I was getting good deal(50% off) when it actually was the original price , then after I said i didn’t want to go through with getting the phone lies again and says they already charged my license?? How the hell, I never gave any card information, new staff the place immediately or shut it down these guys are horrible

They are all unprofessional. The don't help have an attitude. Manger won't help you. Don't come here to pay your bill. They need shut this office down. They ruining the Metro PCs name. They take they time to help you. Rude and unprofessional. Don't come here.

I went to your store on 18362 NW. 7th Ave. Miami Gardens, Florida and ask the customer service representative to disconnect my Internet service back in mid June because I am no longer using it at this time. To me they never canceled the service an extra hundred dollars that I should not be responsible for I think this is inconsiderate And not fair I am a US veteran on a fixed income and feel that I am being disregarded as a customer. I called the customer service office and I was told that there is nothing they could do about it. The Internet box has been unplugged with no activity since mid June , therefore with all the technology now I believe this can be tracked and my money can be refunded. I was advised to make this complaint and I will be contacted.

These subway people are super lost. We took a phone purchased elsewhere to activate it with the meter and they insisted that it was not compatible. He had to go back and discuss with them with a technician on speakerphone so that they could finally give him the service correctly by simply activating the line. Be careful! The only GOOD girl on this site is KATY! LOOK FOR IT! He has patience and good knowledge. GIVE HER A RAISE.

I think these I gave these guys a bad rap. I did like the accessories they threw in, even if I didn't ask for them. The price wasn't that bad and a phone with a screen protector will last longer.
