This is the worst METRO store ever! The Manger and workers are thieves. I went here to find a phone for my dad for Father’s Day and they charged for speakers and a lot of items I did not ask for once I asked for a return they told me no. Mine you I did not leave the store and they said I couldn't return the items I did not. After showing the manager it say 14 days to return on the receipt he kept telling me I can not return. I made claim with Metro corporations because this is Ridiculous. WORST METRO EVER! DO NOT GO HERE!

Very bad service I went to pay for my plan and the dark-haired girl told me that the Internet was bad that it would arrive tomorrow because she was on her cell phone she didn't want to answer me then two dark-haired people just like her came in and she got up to answer they always do the same thing I'm going to change company because it's always the same

5 star for this metro , clothes very helpful giving me a good deal on a phone and listened to what I had to say about my problem with the other company , she helped me get my account number and transfer pin from boost MObile

This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if the girls name but there’s a Haitian girl that was there and she was on the phone with her friend on SPEAKER the entire time cursing and talking about customers while about 5 other people were there. She was VERY rude to a guest that was before me and put her on blast about her card declining one time before running it a second time and it going through.She also would not help me with getting a new phone saying that Metro doesn’t take the type of card I have been paying with since 2019.It was so bad. I left. Canceled my account and opened and got a new phone that same day with the exact card I’ve always used with T-Mobile on 25th street.I got AMAZING service with the T-mobile employee and it was not hassle.

Young black woman was very helpful and pleasant but convinced me to get a tablet and all went wrong. Spanish girl not helpful at all and didn't respond accordingly when greeted, couldn't even say hello when greeted. Had the problem fixed over the 611 line and was offered a good deal but at what cost. It's a deal too good to be true but only time will tell. They wouldn't take back the tablet, when I was told to return via phone, tried to return on 2 occasions with no luck

If i can give this Metro PCS zero stars I will the customer service is horrible they don't help the customers at all. The employees just pay attention to there own conversations on they personal cell phones and look at the customers as if they the workers.I walked to this Metro PCS to purchased a phone from this store because it was convenient and close by my home I really wanted a iPhone but I had to get a android because I wasn't told about any promotions they had. And the guy that cashed me out did not ask me any questions but charged me for a charger i thought should have came with the phone i call that Sterling from the customers The android I purchased started flicking when i was not touching the phone and out of no where it cut off and wouldn't turn back on. I took it Back to the store the next day it was raining and i had to walk back with my baby to return the phone and was told I couldn't get another phone and if I wanted another phone I would have to go to Metro PCS headquarters on NW 27ave so I did and when I got to the headquarters the told me they did understand why I was sent there because they could have given me another phone or returned the phone and gave me my money back. But everything I went through Metro PCS headquarters was very apologetic for the way I was treated and they provided me with another phone at no charge if you ever wanna purchase a new phone PLEASE GO TO METRO PCS HEADQUARTERS ON 16650 NW 27AVE the have the best customer service and care for they customers best I've seen so far and very helpful and friendly and they work at a very fast steady pace with no mistakes I will recommend Metro pcs headquarters to anyone. I will never ever go to this Metro PCS store again on 705 NE 125 street the service you received is horrible and the employees will steal from you unknowingly ?

Worst service in the world & extremely rude employees. Laurynn and Tamara were the least helpful people on the planet. They sat back eating lunch gossiping and cackling loudly while there were 10 people waiting to be helped. When we requested help they made a nasty remark and continued to slack off. We ended up leaving without being helped after waiting half an hour. The people in there have 0 work ethic, makes me deeply regret switching to metro. Good luck if you have an issue with your phone, you will not be helped here.
