This Metro store at 79 Ave NW 25th St in Doral is one of the worst branches I had been at!!! Their employees act like they don't want to work there LOL!!! Very laid-back, kind of slakers. Lucky for me I did find another store in Miracle mile, Coral Gables which was the complete opposite to this one and got my problem solved.

Android system had problems and the first store I visited in Flagler and 82 Ave had no idea what was happening. The girl tried to help me with no results. Then I went to another store at Doral, 35 Street. The gentleman helped me immediately explaining to me the reasons of the phone problem. Please instruct personnel how to conduct service when wrongthings are happening.

Be aware of a liar named Mark! He tried to sell me the phone protection insurance, but I was not interested. He added it anyway without my permission, and only let me know after ported my number. So I would lose my number if I don't pay him the extra money. The liar also said there's tax, and slapped himself when the receipt was printed with zero tax. Other guys in the store, including a manager, were colluding with the liar and trying to cheat the customers. I told the manager that I would share my experience at Google review, but she said she didn't care. Stay away from those liars!

Eric was excellent! By far the best experience at this store to date. One time I bought a new $50 case and they let me leave without the belt clip part. Then they didn't even call me to come back, I had to remember and go back for it! If I had not they would have left me like that without the clip! Anyway, Eric and the others were super helpful! I got a freaking tablet for $15 a month! They set it up for me and installed my new screen protectors. I wanted a case they didn't have and they called all over to find it. When we didn't find it they promised to exchange it if they get new ones (within 14days and without damage of course, but thats normal for any exchange). Quick, easy, affordable, quality service today, thank you so much guys!

If anyone goes to this store, reach Harold, He was awesome; very patient, outgoing, and helpful. I recommend going to this store. A variety of selected phones, clean and fast checkout.

TERRIBLE SERVICE TODAY!!!Not satisfy at all, bought the phone, case, and screen protector paid in full, when the employee said he had everything we requested on hand. My husband than requested his service to put the screen protector on the phone for us. The employee had the nerve to tell us he didn't have the screen protector for the phone after saying he had everything for us and we paid for it. He wanted to make his sell and showed us the wrong screen protector and literally told us that was the screen protector for the phone we bought. He lied and was conniving just to make a sell. What he fail to acknowledge is that we are regular customers all the other employers know us by now. One of his coworker (Mark) told him we are regulars and been going to them since 2000. What gives anyone the right to be conniving and steal from us. Terrible service!!!! He screw up, how could we trust going there again.
