Requested style: I did the French style with the Gel nails on 6-3-24. On 6-7-24 I was already due for a fill in. I’ve been going there for over25 years. Lately the work has been subpar. This time I had enough. So I went to his wife that sits up to the front. She tells me too much water. I said I don’t do dishes so my hands are not in water. She says sometimes it could be your weight. Girl! She tried it. I said my daughter went to a guy in Pembroke Pines why her nails lasted a month. My two daughters go to two different nail shops and their nails last a month. This guy told me it’s the quality of their product. She was upset about that. I’ve seen her be rude and confrontational with customers. I was ready. I saw she was getting heated. She started to say I could go back to the…. I stopped her and said don’t you dare say it. I’ve been coming to you guys for over 25 years before you got here when king was the owner. Never once I have seen them apologizing for and wrong doing to customers. Not once did she offer a due over to do a refill for my dissatisfaction. I explained I can’t keep paying 82.00 t a 5.00 tip and it last for only 4 days. I don’t have money to be wasted. She always say Gel nail last longer. So I suggest ladies take a picture of your nails especially the Gel nails when you leave to see how long they last.

Visiting from out of town and walked in for a regular gel pedicure. Very friendly, and pedicure was well done! Polish is clean and shiny! Perfect for a quick in and out!

Worst service I ever experienced at a nail Salon. The nail tech girl in the front to the right her name starts with a L , was extremely rude, with a disgusting attitude. I had just got off work and was hoping for a peaceful nail experience but was treated like my presence was an inconvenience, and not like a paying customer. After getting my hands done and saying I would like a pedicure she rolled her eyes and questioned why I wanted it done at that time. Once I brought her attitude up to the manager, I was told that if I’m too picky I shouldn’t come there for services.
