Giant red flags: If I could give a minus one I would. I contacted this company with a request for a quote to crate and item for international shipping. I emailed them, then called to try and talk to a human as the quote was needed with some urgency (I mentioned this in the online form I had already filled in). And finally I emailed again in reply to their email saying someone would be in touch that day or early the next, just to reiterate that expedition would be appreciated if possible.Not only did NO-ONE ever get back to me, but the woman I spoke to on the phone made it clear she could care less, and they NEVER EVEN SENT ME A QUOTE. Appalling arrogance and shoddy customer service. Avoid at all costs and do what I did - GO ELSEWHERE.

Packing Service handled my job quickly and professionally. They showed up punctually and palletized the items from my storage unit in a manner that was compact and secure. They were shipped and arrived at their destination in perfect shape. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Every aspect of my experience with PackingService Inc has been great so far. They seem to truly care about your product you are shipping, and answer every question you have. When I dropped it off, the only person left in the warehouse the owner of PackingService Inc and he was more than happy to help me unload my heavy furniture, and was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue doing business with them, as they seem very trustworthy and dependable.

I needed help loading boxes and furniture into a moving van that I planned to rent myself, so I went onto the business's website and requested a quote. I got an email asking for more detailed information and pictures, which I did send back. The next email I got was them informing me that they would not be able to help me with no explanation as to why. I emailed back asking for a reason why they couldnt help me but I never got a response. I only needed help moving the furnitureand already packed boxes from an 800sq/ft one bedroom apartment to a truck, I dont see how that is something this business couldnt do. I went with Two Men and a Truck and you should too.

I'm so happy to have found this company. They're very professional and they were able to assist me in a very efficient and reliable way. Tony is super nice and took care of every step of the process, the staff here in New York was very helpful too, they were on time, they did everything right and even made sure my crating was protected from the rain, 5 star service. I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely call them again if need any crating, shipping, palletizing service, etc... I'm very satisfied with Packing Service, Inc. ???
