Very unhelpful staff, the manager working at 2:00 on Tuesday the 24th sucks... couldn't exchange a defective toy and it hasn't even been 24 hours of being purchased yall just lost a loyal client I'm going to petco. The chick at the front dest sucks too.

The lady at the register was a complete sweetheart and was amazing, so nothing bad there. However, the amount of cruelty I witnessed in this store today was unbelievable. There is dozens of dead fish in the tanks and they are all cramped up in there. Fish decayed past recognition and stuck in filters and their peers eating their dead bodies. As well as 6 rabbits in a TINY enclosure fighting and about 20 birds in a 2 foot cage. My heart is absolutely broken. when will these pet store’s provide better environments for these animals? If not possible then why sell live animals at all??? This needs to change.
