Gentlemen, a piece of advice for those who take care of our pets' grooming, please don't let it be so cheap that they give it to us almost as we left it. Please be careful with that, it's not professional.

Just attempted to drop my Westie off for grooming. The girl who held at the front desk was very cold and rude and didn’t even speak until I said hi. During the whole interaction, she was quite short and unpleasant. She obviously didn’t wanna be there and did not want to groom my dog. The first thing she did is tell me about how bad my dog was during previous Grooming and that she would have to be sent home if she misbehaved--as if I told her to misbehave or something. She then proceeded to tell me that she’d have to shave my dog, and there was no mention of even trying to comb her coat out. Aside from the issue of shaving, I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog with that groomer. Given her attitude from the moment she came out from the back. I wish I had gotten her name. My dog has gone to Petsmart many times and no, she is not always easy to groom. But no one has ever been unpleasant like this lady was. Because of this interaction, I likely will not bring my dog back to this grooming salon. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. But she was there working the counter around 12:30 PM on January 11, 2025.

We made an appointment today for our cat and this is the second time they cancel the appointment on us... not happy with that kind of service. I have been reading the comments and I see that it is very common for them to cancel appointments on people. Make me get up early and drive there for nothing. I think the groomers in the grooming salon don't want to work. Don't waist your time with these groomers. They are a bunch of clowns.

Very good store, I only regret that there is a section of alpha fish in insulated cups, too much stress for them, in my opinion.

Everytime I come in to buy feeder fish, I see dead fish in every other tank and they ignore you for 15-30 mins, even if you ask for help or stand by the aquariums staring at them at the register. Avoid buying fish here

Called yesterday and was told they take walk inns for clipping dogs nails. Went today and was told they couldn't do them, would we like to make an appointment for tomorrow. That's poor management! Also there seems to be a problem with the ladies bathroom being locked with no one in there. Worse petsmart I've ever been in from Maryland to Florida traveling.

I always find what I need. I used to used their grooming services however a few bad times I stop. But I do like that the store is super clean. Friendly staff. It's cool to see dogs and their owners there. And I always find what I am looking for.

So for the first time my dog was denied his nails being filed because he has a tag but doesn't have a vaccine. Mind you the dog has been getting his nails filed here a few times and his rabies vaccine has been given an override by the vet for years. For the first time ever he was declined service for the same rabies certificate I have been bringing for years. Is frustrating because it was never my fault, I've always been being the same certificate for years and still have all the copies at home with the same message. So the older your dog or with any medical conditions that don't allow them to get rabies because of any disability do not bring here. It's not by choice that I don't want my dog to have the vaccine, every doctor has not allowed me to get it ever since he was 11. I've never had a dog discriminated due to disability or age but I guess Petsmart doesn't want a dogs nail to be filed due to a vaccine not being given due to disability.

If I could give the grooming salon negative stars, I would. Beware! Do not take your dogs to the grooming salon. They canceled my appointment multiple times and then they charged me $200 for a regular haircut and bath!! Some charges were totally bogus.The staff is rude. The manager, Carmen, and Melissa are ill manner and rude to customers.

One star because my dog was clean.naiils were clipped, and Keosha was nice , my dog's appointment was supposed to be 3-4 hours, I Paid extra for Chi shampoo and for my pet to be pampered. Well Keosha was done within the hour and she said my dog was too matted and just shaved her down, I paid $95. Keosha also said my dog was not a mini schnauzer and I should be thankful for a discount. My dog is a mini schnauzer and she's over weigh. Not happy with paying $95 for my dog to be shaved, won't be going back. Lazy groomer, she could have done way better.
