Staff is friendly and store is clean. Problem is inventory stock compared to other Publix stores.They lack soo many basic products used by long term residents and that used to be available. Additionally very few organic options and forget about ‘exotic’ items like tabouli and tahini ( which I bought regularly in the Publix of the 80’ 90’s and early 2000’s). I am a Cuban American so I have no issues communicating in Spanish but if you don’t speak Spanish go right to the desk no one on floor speaks English. It seems to me this store caters exclusively to the needs of our recently arrived community. And that’s fine but don’t forget we old timers live and have shopped loyally At Publix for years! Stock our products too! Thank you

The customer service in this Publix is terrible. I went to the cafeteria and asked for a cappuccino, one of the ladies said: “let me tell the other lady because I don’t know how to do that” and the two ladies (Cuban ladies) started speaking between them and the other one said with chusmearía and not even looking at me: “ we have coffee with milk, regular coffee but we don’t have cappuccino”. I’ve been in other Publix stores and they have cappuccino coffee, in this Publix basically didn’t know how to do it. They really sucks.
