got scolded by a cashier today for simply waiting in the express line. She told me line was closed after waiting in line. I refused her attitude and explained I was already in line. then she goes off in a rant in Spanish. I was originally there to use their change service and unfortunately it was out of order. seeing that the line was closed and the attitude I received I decided to pay with the change I had come to exchange. apparently the $5 in change was way too much for her to handle sending her off into another rant requiring management to get involved. Nancy the manager was very nice, helpful and professional and was able to help. unfortunately, as I was being helped, I had to sit there and listen to the cashier rant and rave how crazy I was to the customers she was helping. completely unprofessional on her part. I'm almost certain not the company values I was trained in my youth to follow. I give Nancy 5 stars

The people making subs have an awful attitude. I ordered a falafel sandwich on Saturday, February 8th and the woman serving me, without even checking, said there was no falafel. Then she didn't toast my sub all the way, and took it out before the timer was up. Her attitude was very rude and dismissive throughout and the sandwich was not tasty at all; it was cold. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the staff making the subs; last time I requested a falafel sandwich, the guy started questioning me about why I wanted falafel and not meat. I had to explain that I was vegetarian, as if that's any of his business. If I return to order a sandwich again and I'm treated like this, I'll be forced to take it up with the manager.

Cashier by the name Magda is very rude the handling of my items were horrible just tossed to the side without a care in the world she didn’t even greet me when entering her line never again will I shop here dealing with her

The ladies in the deli area made me feel very uncomfortable when I arrived for a pick up order for a friend. Her name is unconventional but native to her roots and the ladies made faces because of how different it was. They didn’t have soup for the order either and attempted to make no accommodations. Overall 0/10 service.

The costumer services great but the bakery so bad I was bought apple 🍎 muffins and carrots 🥕 muffins but unfortunately both don't have savory very bad this bakery that publix makes. In my opinion this personal don't know how to make bakery thanks

Hello,
I was recently at this Publix making a return and honestly I was treated with such little respect when I asked for my money to be returned in cash AS IT WAS IN MY RECEIPT and was told multiple times by the employee that I was going to get it in gift card because Pat of my purchase was with a gift card. I called the manager and she went straight to the employee first and she repeated the same thing so I Interrupted the conversation as the employee was missing to tell her manager that I had also payed cash. Instead of being as helpful as possible per policy publix makes returns if a customer is not happy with the purchase she also insisted that I had made majority with gift card which was not the case as I repeated myself to her and pointed I payed for half only with a gift card and the other half with cash… I had explained to the employee previously I didn’t mind getting $25 cash and the rest in gift card and had again to repeat the same thing to the manager which just added to my stress on not getting back the cash I payed for the products. Without finishing my full return the employee continues to help another person instead of me without even asking me if it would be okay since she knew I still had an item to return which her manager did not repremind as she continued her disrespect without a care for my time and not once did I feel like a valueable customer as Publix says we all are.
