I have a Marantz record player in need of repair. Mario was helpful and provided quality work in fixing my record player. It took a bit longer than expected but was able to get it home before Christmas. Works perfect.

I stopped by this place to get help with my car audio speaker and although Mario informed me that he only works on DJ equipment he took a look at my speaker anyway. He was quick able to see that I only need a VERY SMALL and quick fix and graciously help me reconnect the wiring! He even tested that the speaker was working before I left the shop!! Mario seems like a very helpful guy and I would recommend giving him a try if you ever need DJ audio equipment repaired. Just know that this is not a car audio place despite what Google Maps says.

This repair shop is ridiculous. I brought them my JBL Charge 3 because it had some issues with the sound, payed them the for the estimate and in a about a week or so received a call from them saying that repair will cost almost as much as a new speaker so of course I refused to fix it and came back to pick it up. At home when I looked at the speaker I realized that they didn’t even know how to open that speaker and they simply ripped off the bottom panel. There’s a plenty of info on the internet how to do that. What to say about fixing it if they even were not able to Google and open it properly. And it was just a simple speaker, so what so say about more complex electronics. Definitely do not recommend them. Stay away from this “professionals”.

Had my Cerwin Vega VS-150 tower repaired by them. Super nice guys. Chris was really cool and explained everything. He just asked for some patience as parts are not easy to get for these speakers anymore. They quoted me after diagnostics and repair. They kept following up through the process and my speakers sound amazing once again thanks to them. Pleasure doing Buisness with you both.

I brought my pioneer receiver about 3 weeks ago. One channel went out ...dropped it off.. picked it up a week later ..came home ..listening to music ..not even an hour later all channels went out after a loud popping sound through the speakers ...I had to go back there ( 40 min drive ) and Mario told me it was from the settings ...which had nothing to to do with anything ..also he replaced the blue power light with a red one ..the receiver looked like the terminator ...blue screen red light ..makes absolutely no sense ...a week passed ..I called them and was told they were gonna call me back ..that didn't happen ..I got a text message that says the processor burned out there is no way to fix it ...so I said you f...ed it up ..bc that's exactly what he did ...I told him to get a lawyer and I was dead serious about it. I got another message saying that they found the part and it'll take a week to fix it. The next day I said don't worry about fixing it ..just refund my money because I found the same receiver on eBay for $160...he said I'll try to cancel the part that I ordered I'll let you know ..yesterday he told me go ahead and buy the receiver I'll refund your money tomorrow..which is today ..all day I haven't heard from him ..I texted him and he told me he'll refund my money Monday through zelle ...zelle works 27/7...why monday ??? By the way they charge you a non cash fee if you pay with a credit or debit card which is illegal in most states including Florida ..the service they provide and the way they ignore people and expect you to be just ok with them breaking your stuff is unbelievable and unacceptable...

Arturo treats me respectly and professionally. Great guy! Tested and corrected issues with my twenty year old Yamaha speaker monitor. Belief me think through the pepper cord connection to my keyboard. Highly recommended! Moving to a largest facility in near future. So give him a call first for directions.

I found this business through a Google search. After reading some decent reviews I decided to take my Magnavox stereo here. I asked them to fix the mechanism of the arm on the turntable, the receiver as it was not functioning and the tape deck. To their credit they were able to fix the receiver and the turntable correctly. They weren't able to fix the cassette deck, which I don't blame them for, and was not charged for. The trouble comes when I went to pick up the stereo. They dropped it on the way to brining it to me and cracked the lid on the turntable. They denied doing it even though I clearly heard them drop it on its way to me. It's a vintage turntable so finding a new lid isn't going to be fun. They also gave me back the turntable without the slip mat. Despite this I still paid a premium price to get some of what I wanted done. I wouldn't go back here unless they somehow rectified the damage that has been done.

Nakamichi 1000 has been in store for four months! Not returning phone calls, text messages or emails. No receipt, no written diagnosis or work order just empty promises. The owner kept saying the same excuse for months. Visit the place and decide for yourself. Very unprofessional. Hard to discuss problem over the phone, owner is always in rush to give proper attention to customer. Traveled back and forth 180 miles and was charged $ 69.00 for I have no idea what. Only paid $ 50.00 cash because they are not set up for card payment. Not recommended.

I got my cassette recorder fixed, Sony TC-D5M, he diagnosed the problem and got it working. I was 20 in the queue but it was worth the wait.

Fixed my power amplifier. Was fast and reasonable. Happy to find them, not too many people do this type repair work any more.
