This employee Joshua or John does not like to do the sale . I went last Black Friday because of the 30 % discount . The discount say 30% online and in the store . But this Joshua will not give me 30% because he said it has to be online . This Joshua has a lot of complain already but I wonder why the company is not addressing this issue with Joshua or john . I went after 2 days , and check . The other guy is willing to honor the 30% . So what is wrong with this Joshua or John . Is he lazy ?

Very bad customer service from Joshua, if you can go to another store do it. I really don't recommend it and I won't return to this place either.

What a bad experience, JOSHUA really doesn't know how to serve a customer. He was very reluctant to help me and I arrived at 4:10 and he was crazy about closing when they closed at 5. He was very rude.

Nice and mostly helpful people. Prices are offensively high. It's why I just don't shop here often. $65 for a gallon of paint? Absurd.
(To address the reply. I am a member and got 10% off. And I needed the paint NOW and not when it was convenient.)

The Venezuelan woman with glasses who serves there, thinks she is in Venezuela, is poorly educated and speaks insultingly to all the customers while I was there.

I recently made a purchase at Sherwin Williams and was extremely impressed with their service. The attention I received was immediate, and I was able to find the exact paint color that I had purchased three years ago. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the paint I received was of the highest quality. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams for all your painting needs!

Very bad attention, an employee named Josh (JOSHUA) is rude and rude, I do not recommend this store at all. They should fire this guy since he doesn't have the slightest idea of how a customer should be served.

Great service!! The person who assisted me was so helpful. He saw me looking for blues and grays and immediately began to help me with the selection of the color! Great location, not all SW are this helpful.

Very bad customer service. Came asking for a paint and the guy in the front told both my husband and I that he needed to know the base, etc. that he could not help us. We just had a question of which was better, super paint or duration. Very disrespectful. We left and went to the one at Doral Commons and they were extremely helpful. We decided super paint.
