The best experience ever Isnelis and Yolanda are the best!!! This is my third time sending packages on this location and the customer service is great and beyond!!! They go the extra mile to guarantee everything will go smooth and with no issues. I went to other DHL stores and they don’t even come close to the level of professionalism I got here.

5 stars and PLUS+++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DHL LOCATION !!!! It was my second experience to send a package internationally assisted by Yolanda and from the momentI contacted her by phone I felt very happy and well surprised she remembered me after almost an year when was the first time I visited this place. At that time I was so happy with her help and her friendly and positive attitude and her patience and efficiency along the whole process that I decided this place is and will be my favorite DHL location everytime I will need to send a package and I wasn't wrong !!! Because now with my second visit I met the same AMAZING DHL STAFF Yolanda and also Carlos that was helping her, both with great attitude and professionalism, giving their best to help customers.Overall I'm grateful for the excellent service and as a plus for the good discounts that this DHL location gives for the international shipping so is always a pleasure to come back. THANK YOU !!!!!

It has been impossible to reach a real person and these guys don’t answer the only phone that I could find.Furthermore supposedly they tried to deliver but did not advise so no one there to receive the very valuable merchandise.Please use FEDEX or UPS

Yolanda is amazing, she helps in everything she can and more, amazing. And then EIS also is super helpful. The nicest thing is to see how they interact with customers, between them and how they interact so helpful with people of the businesses around them. They are super fast also, super fast, it is the best post-office, big multinational shipper office place I've been. Thank you! Today also, Isaac was been trained and he said he liked the job :) Well, very good experience overall.
