He went above and beyond all week to get us the exact car we wanted at the price point we were hoping for. This dealership is being a nightmare that doesn’t end, every started like more than a month ago when the seatbelt sound is on most of the time, of course I have the seat belt on. I called them and the service administrator Rachel told me that in order to get a loaner I have to be in waiting list for over a month….. of course I tried that but after a week with the noise which is really annoying I called again took the car in, and then Mario my service advisor told me that they need to order a part that will be delivered in 3-5 days, I waited 10 days and nobody called me, I tried to call nobody answer, finally I talked to Jim a manager, and when he checked on the system the part was already there. I took my car again, another service advisor replaced the part they thought was the problem, but guess what???? My car started to do the same sound again and now I’m in the same place as a month ago, nobody answer the phone, and no loaner available,,,,, at this point I wish I didn’t have to pay over $700 in this ca anymore, super disappointed and upsetting
