Robert in service is the absolute best!!! I have an Infiniti dealership 3 minutes from my house and refuse to go there. I rather drive 45 minutes to US1 and 168 because they’re absolutely amazing. Fast, honest, efficient, and go above and beyond to help you and make sure you’re happy. This is my 3rd Infiniti and will probably lease a 4th. Customer service is 12/10. Give this man a raise ??

Thank you, Elvis, for your personal attention yesterday. My vehicle was picked up at our home, as promised. The first service performed properly, and the vehicle returned to our home by a very cordial, and respectful valet. He even backed the SUV into the carport, exactly as I had left it in the morning. This exhibits care and attention. Well done, much appreciated. Thank you, once again.

Took my Q50RS to get serviced and Robert is the go to man! Took care of my car as if it was his own I was in and out before I knew it! Even went out of his way to get my car washed. 10/10 I will definitely come back!

Great place to come and purchase a vehicle. Nestor Rodriguez, is a great salesperson and helped us to navigate the whole process. After we purchased the vehicle, had to come to service it, and the service advisor, Elvis Hernandez, is very patient, and helped us to navigate the service prices with ease. South Miami Infinity.Drove 48 miles to look at a 2020 Infinity QX60 today. Called yesterday and spoke to Anthony?, got a text from his representative Tadeo? 10 minutes later, I arranged with Tadeo to drive down this morning. At 8.30 AM this morning I got a lengthy voice message from Jonathan?, and at 9.30 AM a text from Jonathan.I live in Parkland. When I got there after 1H 15M I was by met by an Infinity salesman called Lewis, who told me none of the three contacts Anthony, Tadeo or Jonathan work with Infinity??? I was told Anthony worked for their BMW store? The other two he had not heard of??This salesman introduced me to who I was led to believe was the Infinity manager. The salesman ,Lewis, then showed me the car. It had accident damage on the rear bumper and another small area on the body above the bumper, and several chips of missing paint around the body. The chips were about 1/4” round but the paint underneath the maroon body was white, so it stood out. Plus there were several buff marks on the body which had gone through the gloss coat. I estimated $1,000 to repair it! (I was in the used car business for 45 years before I retired in 2020).I told the salesman I didn’t want the car because it was too edgy. He wanted me to come in and speak to the manager. I said “No thank you, I don’t want it,” and got in my car to leave. The manager came to my car and tried to belittle me! He said “What do you expect, it’s a used car!” Then he said “if you want one that’s perfect you should buy a new one”!The 2020 I was looking at was priced at $25,999, a new 2023 costs almost $60,000.I wasted half a day and was misled. I advise buyers not to waste there time looking at South Miami Infinity’s used vehicles unless they live close by the store.

I don't frequently like to put out reviews, but they deserve it this time. Luis Amador was at my assistance and honestly one of the best services I've had in a while which is the reason for the review. Nowadays it's hard to find places where they treat you with respect and professionalism. Very happy with the experience I had there thanks!

Once again feel like I should give a review now on the service department. Elvis and his team did an outstanding job with the service of the vehicle. Not only did they wash the car they saw a lug was missing replaced it. They filled the washer fluid my wife had been asking me to do for over a month ???.. they picked up car at the time they said and return the car at5 the time they said they would. I mean we’ve had nothing but great experiences at this infinity which now I’m on my third car from here. Thank you this time to Elvis and the service departmentLoyal customerGus Longo@CUTLERBAYLIVING

I had to get my car serviced here and let me tell you my experience was amazing!! I had issues with my turbos on my Q50 and i still had warranty, i went to south motors infinity and without any hesitation they were able to fix it and it was all covered by the warranty. Thank you again Robert! ??

The General Manager, Mr. Jorge Escobar from South Motors Infiniti mailed me an offer to "upgrade" my lease. The offer letter included the terms of the lease which were $4,832.00 due at signing and $270.00 @ month for 36 months, for a 2023 Q50 Sensory @ $52,831.00.On Friday, June 23, 2023 I met with him at their place of business, he referred me to the Sales Manager who after performing some calculations offered me a lease extremely much more expensive than the offer sent to me. I then realized this is the typical "bait and switch" , something I never expected of such a reputable dealership. I have conducted continuous business with South Motors for over 20 years and I have never encountered such a deceptive and vile business transaction with any of the staff previous to this.I walked over to Mr. Escobar's office and asked him if he was were aware of the offer presented to me, and why he was not putting into effect the terms of the lease offer he sent me, he responded that it was a mistake. A mistake??? In my experience when dealing with a responsible and professional business it is customary to honor your mistakes, he however did not. Should a loyal customer be expected to suffer the consequences of this deceptive sales tactic??Would not recommend any transactions from this irresponsible an unaccountable sale manager.

The absolute worse customer service and bait and switch operation. Called to inquire on a used car and price and was told “the sales manager is ready to negotiate this car but you need to come in person only”. I explained I’m 2 hours away and they said they were flexible on price. When I arrived they refused to come down a dollar and strung me along for 6 hours saying they were speaking to supervisors only to advise nothing could be done. Tried to add extra hidden fees to raise the price $5000 more than the listed price. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Avoid at all costs!

Customer service training needed. Sales associate was awesome, but the finance manager was a jerk.Take your business elsewhere, I'm definitely not going back nor recommending it to anyone.

The old black cashier lady has horrible manners. Someone needs to give her proper training in customer service. Every time I go, she's never friendly and has an attitude. And the dealership never has any loaners available the only good thing is that they provide lyft but it's not enough I always have errands to run, and I can't cause i don't have a loaner when i leave my car for repairs.
