I am extremely frustrated as I write this review. My normal nail girl was unavailable, so I decided to go to Spatacular. I had been years ago, and some friends regularly go there. The salon is dirtier than I remember it, with the floor needing a major cleaning. The nail technician cut me as she cut my cuticles; I have very thin cuticles so I wasn’t really shocked that this happend. She put the antiseptic drops, but she then took a nail polish cleaner brush with acetone and cleaned the three spots she cut me. This is the same nail polish cleaner that I am sure she uses on all clients. Fast forward two weeks and I am back with my girl, and my 7 out of my 10 nails have a fungus and are completely lifted and yellowed This occurred a month and a half ago, and they are still not better. This has never happed to me before. I will NEVER be going back to Spatacular.

Wow, what a great experience today. This was the first time I tried this salon. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. Marta, the owner, was so nice and helpful. My nail tech Alexandria did an excellent job. So precise on the cuticles and polish, and took her time. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Don’t come here if you want a good relaxing experience. From the moment I walked in it felt uncomfortable with the rude stares and attitude from the nail techs. My nail tech was extremely unprofessional, I sat down and soaked my feet .. waited ten minutes for my tech to finally come, she did not say a word and just tapped on the chair and would tap my foot and do everything signaling, no hi, thank you, nothing at all. She would only talk when it was to gossip with the tech next to her. Place looked dirty and felt very negative.

Bad service , the salon is super dirty.it seems like they don’t sterilize the instruments. I don’t recommend it. It’s not disgusting to put your feet in that punch bowl, it feels slimy. The Owner is very agitated when talking to her

I love getting my nails and hair done at Spatacular nails. Leti is my nail girl and she does an excellent job everytime!! Does not rush and does not take forever either to get your hands and feet looking beautiful and fresh!
I also love love love to do my keratin with Jorge! He is so sweet and for hair cuts he is a perfectionist, never disappoints.

I had the absolute best experience with Iris, my hair stylist! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. Her attention to detail and professional touch were next level. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and the end result? My hair looks amazing! I’ve never felt more confident walking out of a salon. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair and delivers flawless results, Iris is the one. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this nail business for 5 years. I used to love the service, until today. I called in the morning, I scheduled my appointment for 4:30. Marta, the owner who took my call, asked me to arrive 10 minutes earlier to choose my nail color, which I did. I live 30 minutes away. I paid for the service, and they told me to meet the manicure, Gonzalez, next door. I go next door and she was just starting a nail, but it was my time. They did not made an effort to accommodate me, and told me there was nothing they could do. I explained this was the 3rd time this happened to me. First 2 times I could wait, but today I had a dinner at 6:30 and I really needed my nails done. No sympathy whatsoever.. even the owner on the phone told me nothing could be done. What a shame. They have a rule that they make you pay if you have an emergency and don’t cancel an appointment 1 hour before, but when they make a mistake it is your problem, not theirs. They probably will continue to do business as usual because they are cheap for nail in miami area, but they really provide bad customer service, they disregard a client of many years as they don’t need the business. I guess they have enough clients to cover for their incompetence. I will find another good place and be happy, while they will continue to treat clients as disposable items.

It’s really sad to see how people are treated today in salons. The owner is very rude and will not do anything to help you out or answer the phone. She treats humans like dogs. This is not ok. From one business owner to another you should do better. Take your money anywhere else people.
