I placed an online order 30 minutes prior to closing. At arrival the subway lady told me 2 bad and kicked me out of the store. She didn’t want to make the order because she wanted to go home. The sucky part is she put the order as completed and lied. I can’t get my money back. I’ve tried calling and they just hang up and tell me they don’t care. There is no corporate number to handle these issues, they just redirect you to the store.

I placed my order online, the app allowed me to place an order and I used my reward points as well. I get to the store and the open signs is on however, the door is locked. An employee opens the door finally after me telling her I’m picking up a confirmed order. She was rude to me and said she cannot make the orders at this time, when I told her I already was charged for the order she told me to call corporate to get a refund, however there is no number for me to call. When I looked on my app, my order status said ready for pick up, even though she told me she is not making any orders currently and I did not get my order. This is not the first time they have messed up my order at this location, if I could give it 0 stars I would. I am not going back to this location again.

Terrible customer service.. it's supposed to close at 8:00 .. a couple weeks ago I got there at 7:45 and she closed the store when i was walking towards it and she said she had to clean and thats why she was closing and gave and attitude in too of that.. I wanted just a 6 inch sub.. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried again today.. this time I het there at 7:45 and she does the same thing turns the light if and closes the door .. i asked why is it closed ..it's not 8:00 yet.. i have to clean she says .. I just need a six inch sub and she goes I am closing already .. I go its not 8:00 pm yet .. I know I have to clean.. always with a bad attitude.. I go you did this 2 weeks ago and now its earlier .. I don't care she says.. I said I am gonna call the manager .. she answer me back with an attitude.. go ahead.. this lady should be fired.. for her bad service..

Not sure if I continue to order here. I’ve done 2 online orders. The first time I went in to the register and waited to the side to pick up my food. The lady at the register never acknowledged me. I had to wait for the entire line to finish. As I walked to the register she walks off and starts putting receipts down to make online orders. I stand there waiting until another employee asks me if I needed something and gave me my order which awaiting on the shelf. Nothing express about this. Second time I again wait to the side and she doesn’t acknowledge me. A customer saw me waiting and signaled for me to go ahead to the register. Again my order was sitting there on the shelf. I assumed since i order ahead and the food is sitting there waiting that i can use my 15 min break to pick up the food and my 30 min lunch to eat it but apparently ordering ahead has no benefit .

Was here at this location to get my lunch. Started to tell an employee my order and she started with her attitude. I advised that she has gotten my order wrong. I asked for a steak and cheese subway melt and she was making a steak and cheese sandwich. Not the melt. I had to explain how to make a subway steak and cheese melt. She gave me attitude was very rude and throwing my food around and treating me like trash. So I stopped her asked for her manager and she gave a bigger fight to me because I asked for her manager. When her manager came out I explained the situation he understood where she got the mix up and he proceeded to take care of me in a professional manner. He apologized for the situation and tried to give me my meal for free. Which was very nice of him but I still paid. Love how he took over and made me feel like a person. Not a dog like his employee did. She was very unprofessional and needs to be fired or retrained. Mr fijad was amazing thanks again.

It's the worst order I have ever got from Uber Eats. The steak meat is so not fresh and not tasty. The food was not like this before, but too bad now!

This Subway is in an industrial/office area and VERY isolated and empty when we went at night. It is one of only two restaurants open in that strip mall. Nasty environment, low quality Subway. Meats and cheeses were not fresh and service was below average.
